Restaurant is NOT open on Sunday. Do not make a reservation here for that date. They have the wrong hours here on OpenTable.

Let me book a reservation only to get there and have the location not be open. Called a different location to see if my reservation was moved there but they said they had no records of it being moved over there either.

A friend recommended Paco's to us when we asked for a local Mexican food suggestion. We were expecting traditional TexMex, but this is not traditional TexMex. Smaller servings. Very spicy, unusual ingredients. Also, a food preparer stuck his bare finger in a dinner to stir it before it was served. However, the waitstaff was very good.

Service was horrible. Our server kept coming back and forth telling us our food/drinks were backed up by the kitchen and then came back out to tell us they were out of them. Server forgot drinks 3 times and forgot our order when we wanted the check so she made us repeat everything back to her. I had to go up to her and ask for two risk because it had been 20 minutes since we asked for them and didn’t receive them. The food was alright but it didn’t make up for the service.

Very nice place with quaint and relaxing ambience. Drinks,appetizers ,entrees, dessert and all very satisfying. Will definitely return.

Paco’s used to be amazing, it’s gone downhill. This last visit, they ran out of salsa. You can’t run out of salsa as a Mexican restaurant, especially when many of your dishes are supposed to be topped with it.
