   I expected the band to play Rolling Stones and Jimmy Hendrix as advertised but that wasn’t the case.

   Both the food and the entertainment at Painkiller's are great. Keep up the good work in Rocklin's bar and music venue.....

   Its probably cause of the day we went, but the place was uncomfortably packed we ended up leaving because we were starving and couldn't get any service.

   We got there and could not find our reservation card after wandering around through the crowded tables for half an hour we left. We didn't eat the food but it made me choose something.

   They had a problem with the Opentable system and didn’t receive the reservation we made until the day before the event (made it 5 days prior). We weren’t seated in the requested area. Under-staffed. But good food and portions.

   We took our young kids for a Bluey event and we had a blast! The kids said the chicken nuggets where the best and our pretzel And steak quesadillas were so yummy we left nothing behind!! Staff was so friendly and fast!! We will be back!

    In fairness I didnt have the opportunity to try the food- but it wouldn’t let me advance until everything was rated. My wife and I went in on Friday night- it was busy, but not crazy, and there was a band playing. When we first walked in we couldn’t find anyone that worked there - and since it was suggested we make a reservation for a table we were trying to figure out where that was. Eventually someone came from the back (kitchen) about 10 minutes after us standing there.. but wasn’t carrying any food- but was able to take our drink order at the counter. She helped us find our reservation table- we sat for awhile and eventually asked for a menu. When she brought it I asked if she was the only bartender working- she said yes , and that was the last we saw of her. After waiting for about 30 minutes to order, we finally left and ate somewhere else. Why there would only be 1 bartender on shift is crazy - especially when the bar is split on two sides- she had said she was used to it and could handle it- but def could not. Definitely other places around there that take better care of their customers.
