   We enjoyed the experience, it was not as amazing as we had hoped. The service was sensational, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I'd sit outside next time.

   One word...Sensational!! We've been to Palette before and thought our expectations could not be exceeded. We were wrong, we enjoyed the tasting menu again, the presentation and the flavours of all the dishes presented to us were exceptional. The service was spot on and nothing was a problem, the staff helped to celebrate my birthday with a very special plate at the end of our meal. Thank you to all the staff at Palette for making our night one to remember.

   Beautiful restaurant, had the brand new tasting menu. Staff working hard to get their heads around the new menu, all was incredible but the scallops, 'snacks' and the desserts were stand outs. The miso butter with the bread had me wanting to luck the plate! Very special, thanks so much for a wonderful lunch. It seems expensive but when there are so many components in each dish it's actually extremely reasonable in my mind for the amount of work.

   Outstanding in every sense from the knowledgeable sommelier to wait staff who were attentive but not overpowering. We were the first to sample the new menu ; kangaroo carpaccio with a Mexican twist was a work of art as before the restaurants name and location in the art gallery . For NZrs eating lamb sets a high bar : the belly and jus was devoured in a flash . Mains were swordfish in ginger leaves and a stunning chicken thigh that was cooked perfectly . We came here for a special occasion and the experience of flavours , ambience and highly professional staff was a delight . Totally recommended

   My husband and I wanted something light to eat prior to going to a show. We ordered two entrees each and the dishes were absolutely stunning. Each one had the most beautiful flavours and served on the plate with such care and precision.

   We had a lovely dinner. The staff were knowledgeable. The food was nice and the right proportions. The restaurant fit out was nice. There was a concert on at HOTA and it still didn’t impact the ambience much. We will come back.

   We had such a special experience at Palette. The customer service and attention to detail was exceptional. We selected the tasting menu and each dish was better than the last. We particularly enjoyed the creative interpretation of the artist’s work from the Gold Coast Triennial incorporated into each of the dishes. The Harvey Bay spanner crab with macadamia satay was outstanding. Thank you to the team at Palette for making this a meal to remember.

    Had an awesome evening of sampling the seafood/meat tasting menu and the vegetarian tasting menu over 4 hrs...great way to eat and not rushed. Good selection of wines and other beverages and staff super friendly and attentive. Great service and really nice ambience with the place nice and clean. We will be back!
