Palisade is loved for its unique charm and wonderful community, but you can't forget about the variety of fresh local produce and of course wine. The Palisade Café and Wine Bar brings all these elements to the table to create a delicious and fresh menu. We offer local/regional Colorado wine to accompany dishes prepared with as many local ingredients as possible for the season.

We allow for some reservations, but do hold some tables for walk-ins. If you don't see your desired times, please call or stop in!

We made a reservation online, and showed up to find out the restaurant wasn’t even open. Very disappointing. Take the reservation option offline if the restaurant isn’t open.

What a great way to end a day of wine tasting. We have a lot of food restrictions, allergies, and diets in our group and were able to accommodate everyone. And the drinks were delicious!

Had a disappointing dining experience, both food and service was below our hopes. The $16 burger was ordinary. The $29 "steamed seafood bowl" was 50% filled with artichokes. The specialty cocktails were poorly prepared and presented. Service was not very competent; e.g a salad was brought along with instead of prior to the main dishes.

Food was great, the service was not there. We ordered apps and a soup that came out at the same time as our entree. The soup was cold and then trying to eat our soup as the same time made our dinner food cold. The waitress did not ask us for drink refills like wine or drink and brought us the bill before asking for dessert. We over heard the bartender talk about a peach dessert which sounded good but we did not get that option. Everything on the menu looks amazing! But what you get is not what you read. Idk if I’ll be back we love palisade and have been here so many times but peche is worth the money and service. I’ll be keeping my business there.

I had the ribeye steak ordered med. rare, came medium. Steak was thin, so understandable. Seasoning was very flavorful as were the fingerling potatoes. My wife had the Farm green salad with grilled chicken. She said it was excellent. Her dessert was Palisade peach pie al a more which was very good. I had the Gelato….. problem was it had lavender in it and that was too overpowering. Neither of us could eat it! Service was very good, and prices were excellent.

This is the best place to eat in the valley. Farm to table, everything on the menu is good. I always bring all my guests to the Palisade Café.

The Palisade Cafe is AWESOME ! The new owners have really done an excellent job with everything!!! Highly recommend the restaurant !!!! It’s a favorite for sure 😍

We had a pretty good start with some fresh peach cocktails, inspired lemonades, and decent appetizers. The service was relatively slow at the beginning but we were in no hurry so tried to be patient. Then the paella arrived. It was an absolute disappointment. To begin, the $54 dish had 3 shrimp and 5 mussels intended as a two person serving. There were absolutely no scallops, clams, or calamari. The dish was unevenly cooked with chunks of pure white rice that had never touched saffron. The shrimp was tough and overcooked. The food was served luke warm but scorched to the bottom of the pan. I honestly thought we might have accidentally received the leftovers from another table. The food had taken so long to arrive that I had no confidence that we would receive a replacement meal before the other diners at the table had finished. I had no desire to spend the evening discussing the issue with a manager when I had family and friends in town, so we paid and left…hungry.
