Our first visit and, as we had a show to attend, we went for the pre-theatre menu. This was outstanding value for money. Service was good and very friendly. The food was tasty and we enjoyed our meal from this limited choice menu. On the minus side we found the tables packed incredibly close together, you certainly could not have a private conversation, and the noise level was beyond uncomfortable.

Location is great but that means premium prices. Space generally is tight so tricky you have lots of Xmas shopping bags ! Food was ok. Our main issue was that tables were far too close together. We had a table for 4 at the back. After we were seated they brought in two more tables for two right next to us. So close it was uncomfortable. Service was generally ok but we were left for long periods without anyone checking on us. No semi or skimmed milk for coffee/teas was a shocker !

Came with my partner for my birthday and my goodness, 10/10 all round. French onion soup, beef bourguignon and the service! Round of applause!

A special Christmas get together with friends of over 50 years. We do not get together very often. Food and service were great and it was wonderful not to be rushed. All excellent, thank you.

Great menu & choice of wines Food was excellent. A busy Sunday evening and service was a little slow at the start, but staff were all very friendly and attentive once we were able to place our order. Our 3rd visit and we will return. Thank you!
