   This was by far the worst experience I’ve had in terms of customer service. After being seated, we waited for approximately 30 minutes, and no one came to check on us or take our order. We even went up to speak with the hostess, yet nothing changed. Ultimately, we had no choice but to leave. Extremely disappointing.

   I made a reservation for me and my girlfriends, They made me wait for 20 minutes. apparently this is common the host stated. i was in shock. because why make a reservation then? I ordered the steak frite. terrible i must say. My friend ordered some sushi and literally told the waiter that it tasted like publix sushi and sent it back. My other friend ordered oysters and it came in a little wooden box. she also did not enjoy. Presentation because it was literally in a wood box. Food was something I could’ve literally purchased from some regular restaurant. This was supposed to be some form of higher end location. It was absolutely not that. Completely disappointed I honestly can’t even believe I paid for that steak my bill was about 89.00 dollars the steak was 68.00 there taxes and fees and i tipped 10 bucks. service was terrible. It took so long to even pay our bill so we could leave. It took almost 20 minutes to get water. SUPER LOUD ! I’ll never visit this place again and anybody that ever asked me about it. I will definitely not recommend.

   Great decor, beautiful dining room. Unfortunately we got seated at a high top near the bar for dinner and the lighting from the wall in this area is so bright and harsh it ruined the ambience for us. The drinks, food and service were good but we won’t rush to go back.

   Palm tree club is definitely for the pictures/vibe of being somewhere “pretty”. While the service is exceptional, the food ? Is nothing to return for and underwhelming. I also had the coconut drink which came in a beautiful cup ! But it taste like juice. nicely presented, which is the running theme here My table had the Black truffle Pizza 6/10, A5 WAGYU DUMPLINGS:5/10, Tagliatelle Bolognese: 6/10 and Mezze Rigatoni 5.5/10 This was for my friends birthday and I informed the waiter of this. He said management wouldn’t let them bring out any dessert dedicated to her unless we buy it. I was like whatever , but with the underwhelming food, I didn’t think buying something else was going to help. So we just went to another place to make up for the overpriced drinks and food. Music was with a dj and is instrumental house music I guess. A bit underwhelming as well. Again this place was to say I went somewhere tropical and aesthetic, being from out of state. They know, they present very well , but it’s not really that great for food and drinks. Just get your pictures and go. Service overall was good I can’t complain on that …

   I love the ambiance at this place, the beautiful setting and design is very unique. I could stay there for hours listening to the DJ beats. Also, all drinks were pretty good. However, service was a bit of hit and miss, and the most disappointing part was the food. It's very average and extremely overpriced. Another thing, I've been trying to make a reservation for a birthday party for a larger group for weeks. I called, left messages, I received one call back but after I called back I heard nothing back again. My friends and I decided to host our party somewhere else as a result. After visiting Palm Tree Club for 3 times now I believe it's best for happy hour at the bar on weekdays.

   honestly, we were just not impressed with the quality of the food nor the drinks we had a good time the place was not busy. Our drinks took about 25 minutes to get there. They forgot one of our orders. The service overall was OK. It’s just attention to details

   Rafael runner was my fav part of the dinner he was amazing the food 1000000% years he short ribs

    This dining experience, was the one of the absolute best that I have ever had. Our server was Samuel. Amazing, well versed, experienced, and gifted. He truly made our night special, as we celebrating my fiancée’s birthday and our engagement. He deserves a raise, shoutout, and then some. I couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate. The beautiful entrance, from checking in upstairs, to the break taking views and dinner at the sunset where they lifted the shades and allowed a full experience. My mind was blown. Had to leave a bit early in a rush for another activity but I will sure be back- we missed Dessert.
