At Palmina we make everything from scratch every morning following our tradicional recipes, to give you the opportunity to explore the real italian experience.

The region's cuisine features abundant fresh seafood, often prepared in traditional Mediterranean styles. Puglia is also famous for its bread, including the iconic Altamura bread, and its pasta varieties and dishes like Braciola. What an unexpected delightful restaurant The owner was patient and explained every detail of everything we were eating The food was divine! As in New York Italian living here I have been frustrated in the food department, but this place was blown away. We are headed back for the pizza. 🥰

We were very surprised that the only option was a fixed price 3 course meal with no sharing allowed. This was not advertised in advance. The food was reasonably good but we were charged extra for lobster ravioli. We did take home what was left. In error we were charged extra for eggplant parmigiana which was corrected. Also ther e was an extra 10% service charge. We will not return.

This restaurant was FANTASTIC! Serious authentic Italian w/clearly and obviously ingredients from overseas. The puzza & pasta were outstanding, literally best Italian in Palm Springs.

This is a great restaurant, with marvelous-tasting food and very friendly service. We always patronize at Palmina by Puglia when the outstanding guitarist is present, which is often on Saturday nights. If enjoying his artistry is important to you, you may wish to directly contact the restaurant to ensure that he is playing on the day you wish to dine.

We have eaten here several times over the last two years the food is above exceptional and the service has been getting better each time we have dined here. The owner has been present and usually stops at our table to ask how our experience is. Definitely recommend!
