Paloma opened in 2022 in The Van Aken District by Carl Quagliata and Zach Ladner’s Q&L Hospitality.
Paloma has been led by two remarkable young women who have been part of the Q & L Hospitality family for more than a decade. Alyssa Ladner serves as the General Manager, overseeing the front of house and the beverage program. She collaborates closely with Chef de Cuisine Ky’tana Bradley, who manages the kitchen.
Originally launched as a casual taco concept in 2022, Paloma has transformed over the past two years into something much more sophisticated. While tacos remain available at the bar, our dinner menu now showcases a selection of artfully crafted appetizers, main courses, and desserts, with steaks being a highlight. Our inspiration comes from the diverse flavors, ingredients, and techniques of Latin America.
The goal at Paloma is simple: give people the best food and the best service that we can in a space that can only be described as transformative.

Excellent food with a variety of dishes ordered. The tacos were fabulous with the shredded beef being the best one. The drinks were all amazing. Waitress was subpar but I think it was just her lack of personality. The manager went around and was asking tables how their dinners were which is always nice to see done. Would definitely go back again and recommend it to others.

Excellent Guacamole! Loves ambience. Waiter a bit pushy. Sometimes old friends just want to talk and not be rushed an interrupted every 10 minutes.

I went with a couple friends for dinner to Paloma and we really enjoyed it! We went on a Wednesday night for their $29 Three Course Prix Fixe Menu and we also shared a bottle of wine that was half price. The food was excellent, the service was great, and I love the NEW look of Paloma-very warm and welcoming. I'm really happy for Paloma, The VAD and Shaker...We'll be back!

Taco Tuesday only applies to bar area and the taco Tuesday menu vs the regular menu are vastly different. We had a group of 4 so the bar wasn’t really an option for us. The guac bar seems to be a big deal when it was the most mediocre guac I’ve ever had as I’m convinced it was avocados, oil, salt and pepper. The ceviche was watered down and tasteless. A really big bummer experience all around.
