This restaurant and hotel are a fabulous addition to North Colorado Springs. It’ll be fun to watch it grow.

Excellent customer service. We had brunch, and the food was excellent. My husband had the parfait, and I had an omelette.

Nice, upscale ambiance with neatly dressed and well manored service personnel and very reasonably priced menu. Pleasant dining experience indeed.

The dining experience was excellent: fine dining, great decor, and outstanding table service. That said, the parking situation for seniors and handicapped patrons is unsatisfactory. No signs, and never found handicapped parking spaces —- the walk was very long for these eighty-plus seniors.

Keep doing what you are doing. Good staff and the service I’d expect from a five-star facility.

Our server Stacey was truly amazing and her servíce to our group of 8 was spectacular and frankly, very fun. The restaurant has only been open a very short time so there are some expected growing pains. We will definitely be returning to Pamela’s however, we will probably give it a few more months so they can the kinks worked out. The wine selection is very good. The burger and French fries were really really good, the beet salad and trout were both very tasty. The filet was okay, not great as the flavor was okay however a bit chewy and too much fat. The salmon was good but not cooked through as ordered so definitely some inconsistency which was to be expected given the grand opening was just a few days ago. Like I said, we will definitely go back and we are truly thrilled to have this kind of hotel facility available in Colorado Springs.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had at Pamela's for lunch. The ambiance, the service and the service were all perfect. Plus, the meal was capped off by an Air Force jet flyover from Falcon Stadium right over Hotel Polaris. Thrilling!! I cannot wait to return.

Pamela's offers a delightful dining experience with delicious, high-quality food and a stunning atmosphere featuring great front-range views. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, though the service was quite slow, likely due to the restaurant still finding its rhythm as a new establishment. Despite the delays, the overall experience was enjoyable, and with some improvements to service speed, this place has great potential to become a must-visit spot.

Overall feel of Pamela’s was super. But, if you actually want critiques, here you go. Initially did not have decaf coffee at breakfast. Toast was stiff and cold by the time it arrived. Omlets were great. Breakfast options on the menu were limited compared to most local restaurants. Service was very good.

Absolutely Top Notch! Beautiful Ambience and attentive waitstaff without being overbearing. We had a delightful dinner celebrating my wife's birthday. Definitely a positive contribution to Colorado Springs' Dining Experience!
