    Went here for my birthday. 3 adults, One 7 yr old, One 2 year old and a new born baby. All I can say is food is good. I like the steaks and the salad bar. It's our second visit at the location and I must say, we'll never go back again. Server assigned to our table was a snob. She didn't offer water until we asked. Been away most of the time chitchatting with the front desk agent. She's giving my mom and kids an "eow" vibe. We paid about $400+. They charged us a big group gratuity for about $54+ bucks. I guess the server got too tired of serving 3 adults. My kids didn't even eat and just had 1 plate of salad. I feel like the recommended tip in the receipt is a bit too much. For this kind of service and the bill I paid, I'm not impressed. I gave tip too on top of that. Never returning again.

    We were really excited to try Pampas, but unfortunately the meal left much to be desired. The grilled pineapple was the highlight of the evening—not exactly what we signed up for at a Brazilian steakhouse. Most of the meats arrived either underseasoned or overcooked: the pork and picanha were both rubbery and tough, and the garlic steak bites were completely lacking in garlic flavor. In the few rounds we sampled, we wound up with fatty cuts that were impossible to chew, and by the end I was just waiting for the next cocktail rather than the next skewer. On a brighter note, the bar deserves applause—although very slow to arrive, the cocktails were imaginative, well-balanced, and expertly crafted. If you’re coming primarily for drinks, Pampas delivers; but if you’re here for the meat, I’d keep expectations low. Would we return? Probably not.
