   The salad bar was very good according to my husband. I ordered the steak garlic bites and a Caesar salad. I did not enjoy the meat at all. It was tender but had an awful taste. I must say it’s the worst piece of meat that I’ve ever had in a good restaurant. Disappointing due to the fact that it’s a steakhouse.

   Food was not good. All meats were over cooked and dry not worth the price you pay. Pampas has been going downhill. I can't justify the cost anymore.

   Please save your money. Had the worst experience at pampas today, I've been here before, many times and everything was good. Decided to take my wife here tonight, and we both had the worst experience. All the beef cuts had an awful smell and tasted gamey like it was badly frozen and defrosted beef (im a huge beef eater btw), chicken drumsticks also smelt bad, the parmesan pork which i used to love lacked flavor and was dry like no tomorrow. We both left completely unsatisfied and we barely ate due to the terrible meat. Only good thing was maybe the garlic bread and the grilled pineapple. The worst part was, told this to our server and the manager and they both just shrugged, said sorry and gave us a nice 150$ bill, and didnt try to make it right in anyway. Extremely dissapointing customer service. A place i would recommend in the past, i would never recommend to my worst enemy now. Servers were good, but for this price you think they would serve some quality meat.

   Our first time to visit Pampa steakhouse in west Edmonton. The food was so good from the salad to steak. So many varieties of flavors and we enjoyed so much. The service was excellent and a friendly approach to us.

   Always consistent and guest really enjoyed the experience. It’s my 3 time since being back to Edmonton Well worth it for a special occasion
