Join me, Maya Rotman-Zaid, owner of BellaRu Catering, and my staff for the 2nd season our Pana Dining Experience in our commercial kitchen in Highland Park. "Pana" is a common phrase in Venezuela and means "friend" or "buddy". Experience traditional Venezuelan cuisine in a unique environment.
New this year we are adding Patacones - a traditional plantain sandwich and an Arepa Cabimera - a Venezuelan twist on nachos.
Next available dates for Reservations are Feb. 9 and 10 and Feb 16 and 17. Please call for larger parties and we can accommodate other dates.
You can also order online Mon-Fri 11am-2:30pm for pickup or delivery ONLY.

We love this pop up, and really any of her food! We look forward to coming every year it comes back. Definitely recommend! Everything tastes delicious!

We ate at Pana Dining last night and absolutely loved it. There were six of dining and we could all actually hear one another which is rare in most restaurants. The food was unique and delicious. We tried a little of everything on the menu and it was all wonderful. The tres leches cake for dessert was truly exceptional. Somewhat hard to find, but that was half the fun. We will be back very soon.

Food was so authentic and the service was excellent. My first time trying Venezuelan cuisine, and I will certainly be back. The flavors were familiar, but not the same as Mexican, Cuban, or Puerto Rican. It was like I found a long, lost friend! The food was so fresh, it was amazing! Recommendation? Start out with the Teque Yoyo... they will just wake up your taste buds for the treat. I had the Pabellon, which was so flavorful, tender and fresh, it was a wonderful surprise. Also, try the empanadas or you will hate yourself for missing out.

The food was excellent! This was my first time eating Venezuelan food. We really enjoyed trying everything, including the drinks. Very worth it! I highly recommend!

What a fun jem! They say it's a popup so it will be gone before it has time to catch on so run and enjoy.

Unique pop up in commercial kitchen. Food was delicious and authentic. Staff was friendly and attentive. I loved the sweet corn pancakes the most but all of it was delicious!

Extremely delish and fresh food that makes you want one of everything on the menu :) my children even loved everything (and they are picky). You can tell the food is handmade and that they care what they are serving.
