   Our waitress was great. The music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. Not a place to go on date and be able to chat. Food was ok. First time here. Won’t be back.

   Our entrees were delicious and arrived wonderfully hot-the salmon and Chicken Panache.!! Gerard, our server, was excellent. He was anticipatory, charming, and attentive without being intrusive. Their menu is expansive so even the really finicky people in your party will have great options from which to choose. The one pitfall is the noise volume which is very intrusive and overwhelming. We needed to speak very loudly to each other to have a conversation. The on-site musical performer was very good but played rather loudly for the size of the location and contributed to the noise pollution. The noise issue last evening is not a one time occuurence. We have experienced this every time that we have visited here. It unfortunately detracts from what would be a totally superb dining experience. Kudos to the culinary staff!!

   Food was delicious. Service staff was attentive. Initially seated in back room. Very loud!!! Was researed to front room - sound panels on the walls. Much better!!!

   I took my two teenage grandchildren, and all of our food was excellent. The acoustics are loud need more soundproofing and the music was loud above all the loud talking but other than that, it was great. We will definitely visit again when they open the outside area.

   I was excited to try Panache and left incredibly disappointed. It started with them having to move us because I killed a bug crawling on our table just after seating. Once we were settled, the appetizer course was fine but our server was inattentive. Our mains came out and the chicken was rubbery while the pasta sauce was very watery. Lastly there is quite literally one bathroom with a single toilet for the entire restaurant. It’s been a very long time since a restaurant was a flat out terrible experience but that’s what Panache was. We could hear the couple across from us complaining as well. So disappointing.

While we did not find any issues upon inspection, we truly regret if anything disrupted your visit. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to welcome you back for a great experience. You will also find that there are full bathrooms for both men and women located just to the left of the main dining room. The single bathroom at our lower bar is for handicap guests that are unable to get up the 2 steps to the main dining area.
