   Very average experience on a quiet Monday evening. Service was very good, however, the food was not well prepared. The bruchetta appetizer was very good but the shrimp were terribly overcooked in the shrimp and hummus appetizer. The lasagna and pasta florentine entrees were dry and rather bland based on the input and feedback of our party of four. The spaghetti carbonara was nothing short of a panchetta salt bomb and was by far the most ill-prepared meal of our group. Our group do not plan to return.

   Exceptional experience! Freshest pasta, with tremendous flavor. Staff was beyond accommodating and pleasant. We were a large part that came close to closing time and we did not feel rushed at all. Bravo! We will be back.

   Pros: our server was very attentive and friendly. The bruschetta was delicious and the build your own pasta with meat sauce was good. Cons: We were sat right next to the piano so we couldn’t really hear each other speak. The spaghetti carbonara was tasteless, the meatballs dry, cold, and very bread like, the fettuccine was so awful. The butter and cheese broke down and it was pasta in a pool of butter with boiled chicken. When asked if we liked our dishes- we showed the butter pool. A man I assume to be the owner came out and said it’s fine traditional fettuccine is butter. Thank you for the mansplaining we knew that already but this was not how it’s supposed to be. They took 20% off the fettuccine dish. The cannoli was not made with ricotta and was overly sweetened cream. The cost for what we got was ridiculous.

   I'm sorry about your experience. We have music every nights and many people come to have George's piano music in the background. If you didn't want to have the piano music in the background you could have informed the staff of your request and we would have placed you either at a table further away from the piano or we would have seated you in the covered outdoor patio. I'm sorry that our fettuccine Alfredo were not to your liking, but as I told you during the evening the "traditional fettuccine alfredo" are made as the original recipe with only butter & parmesan (on the menu it is clearly specified), not with cream (also on the menu as "fettuccine alfredo"). When I saw that she didn't like her pasta I suggested that she take another dish from the menu, you replied "No thanks I'm fine".

   Delicious eggplant 🍆 parmesan and lasagna. Excellent service and fantastic live music in a beautiful outdoor palm tree laiden chill ambience. Thank you Alejandro for the wonderful array of music! We enjoyed great wine and a really wonderful birthday dinner.

   Pane & Pasta is a hidden gem in Caymana Bay. If you like homemade pasta, this is your place! Excellent service. We cannot wait to go back!

   It was my birthday and they made it an amazing experience. The food was unbelievable and we were a family of 6. The kids are wanting to go back which never happens. They range from 7-18. Service was outstanding and they made a memorable event during a vacation with tons of great times. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

    We ate a Pane and Pasta tonight. The food was delicious. I ordered alfredo pasta, my daughter had pasta with meatballs and my husband had fish. We also had cheesecake and ice cream for dessert. All very good! We also had the pleasure of listening to George Davidson, a professional concert pianist over dinner. We had a wonderful experience.
