   The food quality is great. One of the few restaurants in Aiken that serves a variety of non-fried seafood. Our server was friendly and attentive. One drawback is the restaurant is very loud.

   I read the reviews before I reserved tho FANTASTIC place. I surprised my wife by coming here and she ENJOYED the Oysters. The food and environment was FABULOUS!!! We agreed that this would not be our last time coming there and also hanging out downtown Aiken, Sc.

   Booked a table for a celebration with reservations. Arrived at 7pm. Food did not arrive until almost two hours later. Waitress kept saying we’re next. Manager was rude and said we did place our orders until almost an hour after we arrived - not true. No apology. No offer to comp. The live music on a Sat should have ceased at the end of happy hour. Only added to the noise factor. Really disappointed with the handling of the situation.

   Second time here, this time even better. Waitstaff so kind and attentive, the food was immaculate, and we left full and happy.

   If I’m going to be honest, Park Avenue either needs to staff upstairs more- or keep the upstairs for entertainment. The bartender last night was amazing, but doing his best to keep up with service and bar service. The food was a 10/10, but lukewarm. We sat for long periods of time between courses and had to approach the bar to get our tab. It wasn’t a server or quality issue- he just had way too much to do. We will definitely be back- but will eat downstairs and migrate upstairs for a drink and/or live music after the meal.

    There were 7 of us. We all enjoyed our dinners. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and delightful. We were seated upstairs and enjoyed the decor. I would recommend this restaurant.
