   Drinks were interesting & unique. Food was good not great. (Ribs were a let down/ roasted chicken was delicious) Fun atmosphere & great decor!

   Great food, great service, lively place. Even though it was a weekday evening in the winter, the place was full - no doubt because of the restaurant's reputation as a great place to eat. Drinks were also creative and flavourful.

   Specifically asked for a table upstairs on the reservation - they did not accommodate. Did not read any of the reservation notes clearly. Food is very so-so, not terrible, and it is good, but very overpriced in my opinion, even for Banff. For a half rack of ribs it was $33, which did not include a side, and then $12 for the side Mac and Cheese, which is ridiculously small. Again, food was good, but extremely overpriced. Service here is also always very slow, have been 4 times now to this location and service always has been slow, because it is a busy place. This is not a stab at the service workers, they are very busy and very kind when they do get to you, just perhaps they need more staff. Unlikely that I will go back again at this point, maybe in a few years I will try again, but each time I’ve been, it’s less enjoyable than the last.

   Our server, Danny, was fantastic. Everyone was so kind and everything was fantastic! Recommend a reservation as they run a well oiled place!! Totally worth it!! Food, drinks, and atmosphere!

   We had a great lunch with a terrific atmosphere and the service provided was excellent. Their Park Burger was one of the best tasting burgers I've had in awhile. The noise level is energetic, mostly due to happy customers enjoying themselves.

    We sat for a table of 9 at 7pm, service was incredibly slow. Drinks took upwards of 20 minutes to arrive and servers seemed untrained in both etiquette and communication. On the other hand, the food was incredibly delicious, palatable and creative. The one downfall was the half chicken came out half burnt. The cocktails were well crafted using PARK ingredients and looked beautiful as well. Overall this was a good experience, the restaurant was beautiful inside and the ambience was nice, except for the high level of noise during the busy service. Would go again, but probably not during that time of night.
