   Parlay canceled our reservation to extend a private party and let us know when we arrived. Unacceptable!

   We made a reservation through open table for 10 people, but it was for st Patrick’s day weekend. It felt kind of weird that we were able to make the res, so a week before st Patrick’s day, we called to make sure the res was confirmed on parlay’s end as well. They said it was confirmed and we’d just have to pay the $500 min for the table. No prob. But when we show up, the bouncer was super slimy demanding we pay $100 cash (specifically cash) per person to get in. We showed him the open table res and he said the table that was reserved for us was only for 6 people, so we would have to give him $60 cash (specifically cash) to cover the other people in our party. When we showed him we had $60 cash and we’d pay, he then said we’d actually have to pay $120 cash to get everyone in and for him to find a table for 10. Why is the cover price changing? Why is it cash only to this random bouncer outside? Then he said all the tables inside had a minimum $750-$3,000 and the $500 min are for 6 people only - not what they told us on the phone. We felt like we were being scammed to hand this bouncer the cash, so we just left. We just wanted to have a good time, not negotiate with a bouncer/salesman before even getting inside. I get it’s st Patrick’s day, but they should have told us on the phone when we called what the cover was or just cancelled the open table res right then and there. Overall, even if you make a reservation here, you will need cash to bribe the bouncer to let your entire party inside the building. Even then, you may or may not get the table you reserved. This is a sketch business.

   Outstanding service on a Thursday evening when it was quite crowded. The staff was attentive to everyone's needs. Good appetizers and sandwich options for all of my guests.

   The security guards were very polite and helpful. The restrooms smelled like a sewer. The bartender was rude and not friendly at all or timely. Also it took him a while to take our orders even after I put my hand up for his attention. He looked and turned away. Customer service is trash at the bar. No thanks.

   The food and ambiance was great! The music was super loud but the selection played was great. Service was a bit slow but I attributed that to it being Sunday Brunch and busy. Overall I would recommend this place and return again

   Ambiance was great, got there a few minutes early from our reservation. Asked if we can sit at at the bar for the mean time till they got our table ready, hostess ok and then was asked by the manager that that request was revoked with an attitude. Eventually got seated for our 11am reservation. Food was ok, ordered chicken and waffles drum was not fully cooked pink In the inside. Then rushed to leave the table due to other reservations. While there was availability around us and tables open and Booths .

   Parlay was great‼️ definitely a vibe, The music was on point, The food was really great ‼️I definitely recommend Parlay as a great place to go and enjoy the moment ‼️

   Came out for my Birthday! Staff were extremely helpful and our waitress were super fun and attentive! Bottomless mimosas were a 10/10 ! If you’re looking for a great time this is amazing place!

    My 33rd Birthday and I had the best time!!! Great food, great drinks, and excellent service!!! DJ was amazing as well!!
