   Staff slow to take order and grumpy unfortunately. Cheese platter, bread and cocktails delicious but the pasta was really bland. Restaurant is beautiful and keen to come back to try others maybe and off day

   I have eaten here a few times but I feel that the food quality is deteriorating. It feels rather conveyor belt like and rushed. It would be fine for a quick catch up but it is overpriced for performing at that level. On the other hand, staff are friendly and efficient but they are keen to get you in and out with speed.

   An experience at the limits of decency. They took a reservation at 8:30 pm and then told us as soon as we arrived that we had 7 min to order: then the kitchen would close (then don't take the reservation). Sloppy and rude service after literally throwing plates at us (not even laid on the table) we were served undrinkable tap water. Very little selection of pizzas (not having the classic Italian selection pizzas and passing themselves off as such is unmentionable). Undercooked pizzas, raw calzone (my daughter was sick at night and threw it all up). Let's not talk about the cleanliness of the bathrooms: impractical (toilet paper everywhere, toilet ceramics ruined and black, dirt on the floor ...). We didn't get up just because in that part of town at that time on Domencia we wouldn't have known where to go. WORTHY: absolutely light years away from Italian standards!

   All the tables on the left side are absolutely freezing as they are next to the escalator which leads to the street door downstairs. Avoid them. Grumpy service and surprisingly meh lunch today - perhaps just too busy Will revisit in the Spring only

   Great place to eat Italian food and cuisine and amazing that eataly has shops within it so you can buy Italian produce

    Whilst the food was good the dining experience was poor. The staff weren't at all welcoming. I wouldn't rush back for a return visit, nor would I recommend to friends.
