Great restaurant vibe... Loved the Salmon, but the pork ribs were very fatty and the slaw was hard to describe, but not bad. Bok choy is an interesting choice to pair with Salmon, never had that together before but glad I was able add Sweet Potato fries without an uncharge. Overall the service was excellent, we will go back and try a few more dishes. Thank you!

We always love dining at Paul Martin’s in Westlake Village! The entire experience- food, service, ambiance, and friendliness - makes it our favorite choice for dining anywhere. Manager Charles Orosco, the operating partner, does an exceptional job high standards and a smooth-running operation. We count ourselves among the multitude of loyal patrons who’ve been enjoying Paul Martin’s for over a decade.

We’ve been coming for Mother’s Day brunch for years and we decided as a family this would be our last year. It took a very long time for our server to initially greet the table and just overall slow service. Our servers were changed so once that happened service improved significantly. The food wasn’t very good, just an overall disappointing experience.

A little disappointed with the food. Steak was not cooked as requested. Steak was tough, we were using our butter knife to cut the steak but that didn’t work. We were provided with a steak knife only when we asked for them. We’re told there is no bread but there was a bread served with my pasta. I had to share that with my friends. Our server did her best to take care of us. She was very friendly and made sure I am celebrated for my birthday dinner.

My wife and I stopped by for a quick late lunch. Hostess and waitress very customer focused. Let us know we could order from a special lunch menu, had to ask for it though

Parts of food cold. Told because it was our anniversary we were told by waiter there would complimentary dessert when I checked the receipt I found a $10 charge for cheese cake.

Dined at Paul Martin’s last night. After being ushered to our table we were immediately acknowledged with service. Ready to relax with our drinks. We placed an order for an appetizer of s&p shrimp. Surprisingly this arrived at our table barely 10 minutes after we sat down. At this rate our dining ‘experience’ would be over in 30 minutes. We were able to slow the dinner down by waiting to order our mains. Overall they were not busy but were doing everything they could to rush our dinner. Which would be fine if we were dining at say McDonalds or Chick filet. But we’re not. We’re at Paul Martins.

No complaints! Wonderful service, vibe and experience for a friendly business mtg. Very satisfying, excellent dinners all around our table. Filet mignon cooked perfectly to order. Salmon tacos fresh and wonderful. Roasted vegetable sides - the cauliflower, the asparagus, and especially the crunchy brussel sprouts - were excellent. House salads were very delicious. I left looking forward to trying more dishes in the near future. Highly recommend.
