We had a Christmas Eve preset menu. The chicken in main course was the weak link but overall the rest of the dish and other courses were really good, as was the overall service and experience.

Not at all deserving of a Michelin star. No harmony, not balanced, no synergy between ingredients, falls flat. Loud cheap club music. Inappropriate atmosphere, not matching decor.

Over priced. Food was OK, but too many conflicting flavours. Too many staff members, constantly coming over to the table. There were more staff than guests. Sparking white was delicious, and the amuse-bouche to start was the best bit. The rest was a bit of a let down, particularly given the price.

Relaxed hotel fine dining for all ages, with value and taste in both the prix fixe and ala carte selections. Enjoyed the play on bringing oriental/japanese flavours to complement western staples. Cheese soufflé and seasonal guinea fowl were the highlights.
