Join us and our cider maker Clay Erskine and our head chef Josie Erskine, for an incredible culinary experience. Situated in the sunny slopes of Caldwell, Idaho, we offer unique farm-to-table cuisine. We grow 20 acres of 800+ varieties of fruits, vegetables, and flowers as well as working with numerous local family farms to make all of this possible. We believe land that produces food is sacred and the hands that raise food are blessed. Unforgettable cuisine and over 10 delectable hard apple ciders made right here on our farm. Join us on our farm overlooking the Owyhee Mountains for a sustainable, exhilarating experience you'll want to recreate over and over again.

    We have enjoyed our dining experience both times we had lunch at Peaceful Belly. The food is wholesome & delicious, there’s a variety of beverages and the ambiance is charming. We look forward to kicking off spring with them every year!

    Chicken pot pie and artichoke dip were spot on, enjoyed with a sampling of Stack Rock ciders. It was a busy day due to the Persephone celebration and the staff remained spot on! We will be back.

    Absolutely love Peaceful Belly. Relaxing atmosphere, And phenomenal food. Ciders from Stack Rock are really good. It’s even better later in the spring when it’s warmer and you can sit outside.

    Fantastic home grown seasonal meals. The pepper soup and grilled cheese was the definition of comfort food. The pepper jam on the sourdough grilled cheese was the perfect addition to tie the two together. I look forward to trying many more meals here on sunny days on the patio

    I have enjoyed the food, service and ambience at this most exceptional restaurant many times. The Farm restaurant is located in the beautiful Snake River valley.
