Pedro’s started out on a shoestring budget in the town of Los Gatos on November 29, 1972. A twelve-table restaurant which developed an immediate following, allowing two full expansions. Two years of planning were devoted to the second unit Santa Clara, which opened its doors on May 13, 1980.

Pedro’s Restaurant has been the result of hard work and devotion. We offer a varied and unique selection of authentic Mexican creations. Santa Clara Pedro’s seats 325 people on the main floor.

I have been coming to Pedro’s since early 2000’s. Food always great! Prices have been climbing steeply. Charging $6 for chips/salsa which would be complimentary in other Mexican food restaurants.

My husband enjoyed carnitas tacos while I ate the nachos and ordered toreados on the side! Also had 2 margaritas!

Unfortunately the waiter was not friendly or very attentive. The food was somewhat cold and the prices have really gone up.

I like the atmosphere and the classic Mexico building with a fountain in front is a plus! Glad it has plenty vegetarian option and I really enjoy it

Would go back again, the staff members were incredible help and very helpful to our order. Food was fantastic and delicious, drinks were delicious, and customers services are wonderful.

A great place. A lovely building, furniture set in elegant old Mexican style. A very traditional Mexican menu, all perfectly prepared. My group loved it.
