    Pella may be the best restaurant in Chicago. Everything is always PERFECTION. The chef is basically a food GOD. Service is top notch, ambiance is lovely, everything is well thought out and well executed. European cuisine at its freshest, brightest and europeanish. Yeah, I love Pella. Everyone should eat here, regularly and with gusto

    Atrium area is beautiful, but extremely poor acoustics, which makes it difficult to have a conversation at the table. Live saxophone music made it even more challenging.

    Our server was Biona and she was excellent! She was attentive to our table, was engaging with each of us and was just fabulous! Our food was good also and served I a timely fashion! The noise level however was ridiculously loud. The music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other directly across the table. I asked if they could turn it softer, but it never was turned down. This is a beautiful restaurant with great service and good food, but our night was negatively impacted by not being able to have a conversation due to the loud music.

    Cozy inside but very loud (probably because some little drank loud laughing ladies). Good was good but could be wormer because after 20 minutes on table sake was cold. Deserts were tasty especially pistachio ice cream.

    The food was very good. We were seated in the atrium with glass walls and ceiling, which was very beautiful however, it was so loud that we couldn’t hear each other so we moved into the main dining area. My wife ordered a special which was Scorpionfish, which was very good however, the waiter never told us that it was for two or more people. The fish cost $115 which was a huge surprise to us and we had way too much food. The waiter could have just told us of the size of proportion so we would not have ordered so much food.

    Everything was excellent. Great server and service and excellent food. We asked fo a quiet table and we got one! That alone will take us back there.

    To start we were seated immediately. The drinks and food were delicious. My husband loved the blackberry Old Fashioned. I had a sangria and a pomegranate Margarita. We loved everything we ordered. The octopus, calamari, baba ghanoush, Truffle Burrata, and the lamb chops. We will definitely be back soon.

    We went with our friends and ordered the special "scorpion" fish for 4 people and it wad amazing. The service was excellent: our server was very attentive, polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be served by. The food was great from appetizer ( we got saganaki and calamari would highly recommend) to main course and amazing desert. I am not a fan of tiramisu but this one was "to die for" from presentation to of it to the taste. Overall was such a pleasure to spend our Friday evening.

    It was our wedding anniversary, so we wanted to try a new place. I specified on OpenTable that it was our anniversary and even wrote in the note that it was our actual wedding anniversary on the date we were dining at Pella Signature. No one wished us Happy Anniversary during our entire dining experience. Even when I mentioned something to the waitress, she said "do you want me to put a candle on your dessert?" Really? Not an apology, not a "Happy Anniversary". Nothing. I even informed the manager on our way out that no one mentioned Happy Anniversary and he simply stated "I'll have to check the computer to see what happened". He treated me like I screwed up. Nope, I know how to use OpenTable. He never once apologized, or stepped up to offer a "Happy Anniversary" either. We are all in customer service, when we are communicating with others. It was simple job to just wish a happy anniversary and Pella FAILED miserably. So don't worry about specifying if it is a special event in OpenTable, b/c to Pella, it doesn't matter. They won't believe your or help you celebrate. Therefore, I recommend you go somewhere else if you want to celebrate anything special. I know we won't be back.
