Sleek and modern with one foot firmly in the Old World is the feeling at Perbacco. The restaurant boasts a brick wall original to the historic 1913 Hind building, with other touches such as a bar top and floor tiles made from white Carrara marble. With 16 seats at the bar and 7 more intimate tables, Perbacco creates an atmosphere for a glass of wine or a light bite. Perbacco also features 2 dining rooms, one on the main floor and a smaller one on the Mezzanine, which has the added allure of serving as "theater", with windows to watch all the action in the kitchen below. Chef Staffan Terje strives to cook the finest food reflecting the Italian regions of Piemonte and Liguria. Handcrafted, house-made salumi, prosciutto and other charcuterie are not to be missed. Seasonal pastas, a tradition in Piemonte, range from the traditional ravioli to the more exotic agnolotti. Main courses feature dishes such as stuffed quail breast, a selection of seafood dishes, and vegetarian options.

My wife and I ate here for our anniversary and we couldn't have been happier. The food was amazing, every bit of it. The atmosphere was great and the service was top notch. Definitely put Perbacco on your list.

Upscale and lively restaurant with excellent food, drinks and service. The menu has a good variety including several vegetarian options. Everything we ordered was delicious. The portions are good for both appetizers and entrees. The cocktails are very well made. The noise level is high but still pleasant and lively. It is a great place to celebrate an occasion with friends and family.

We went for my birthday last night and it was a wonderful experience. Our waiter was amazing, and so funny. I got a special yummy birthday treat too, which made me feel extra special. The food was delicious, I can't recommend it enough. The bartender was also great and made the experience very enjoyable for myself and my friends. Thank you for everything!

They prepared a very special and memorable dinner for my family. The staff’s attention is excellent, and it would be impossible not to highlight the outstanding service. On top of that, the food was exquisite. At first, we were hoping to find more options on the menu, but after taking Chef Tobias’s recommendations, I can trust that any of the dishes will be absolutely delicious. A truly great restaurant in every aspect.

Loved it, as always! Umberto and Luca took excellent care of us, the filetto with shaved black truffles was amazing and the Christmas dessert divine. The wine Umberto recommended was perfect with the angolotti and filet. We will be back again soon!
