   For the price, I expected more effort. And more Christmas decor. Every food was delicious but I would have liked more and there were no sandwiches or scones? Just toasts and desserts. And only three tea options. Just oddly sparse. But tasty. But not $90 per person tasty. The Santa and Mrs. Claus were cute though. And waitress, Heaven, was a delight.

   Wowzer!! Really no words to describe how utterly delicious each and every dish was...absolutely SUPERB! Just blown away by the quality and micro precision to every detail. Perle Mesta puts the art in culinary, while keeping it approachable! This will be our go-to for 5star nice occasions. Service was equally outstanding, and the beauty of the space is remarkable. My only constructive criticism would be for the bar staff to be aware of how noisy they are (filling ice bins, moving glasses, talking, etc). This space is small, and with tile floors (check them out, beautifully original and artistic) sounds really travel throughout the restaurant. My only wish was the lights were dimmer, and the experience more intimate (between me and my wife vs me and any patron or staff within 75 feet of me). As to value, its hard to give five stars for $100 per person (pre-tip, with one drink, one glass wine), but believe me, you get what you pay for...thus the BEST $250 you will spend on an ultra-fine dining experience. We will go back!

   First time here, party of 3. Server was super accommodating and kindly split a salad and main in the kitchen. Food was very good, main reason for not rating higher was hard pears (inedible) in the burrata salad, burratta was very cold relative to all other items which was odd. Sauces were overly salted in all of our opinions....Still super delicious and top quartile of OKC for sure. Proud Chef Black is here...

   Perle Mesta is where you go when you want to feel fancy fancy. The experience was absolutely top tier, and Chef Black? That man thinks of EVERYTHING. From the perfectly plated dishes to the surprise anniversary letter, I half-expected him to show up and personally sing “Happy Anniversary” to us. The food wasn’t just delicious; it was so beautiful I had to pause and ask myself if I was cool enough to eat it. Spoiler: I’m not, but I did anyway. Now, this isn’t your “let’s grab dinner because we forgot to thaw the chicken” kind of spot—this is where you go to celebrate life’s BIG wins. Worth every penny. Chef Black, you’ve officially set the bar so high, my regular Tuesday night tacos are offended.

   While I acknowledge the intention behind the event, the execution was utterly unacceptable. First and foremost, the seating was highly uncomfortable and entirely unsuitable for families. The menu was riddled with issues, particularly the unbalanced spice levels that lacked flavor. Service was chaotic and disorganized, with multiple items unavailable or served incorrectly. To make matters worse, there were no pies for our Thanksgiving meal, which is unacceptable. Instead, we were presented with leftover desserts from other restaurants, like three pathetic macaroons and ice cream. The turkey was so bland that we had to send it back, and the pork was inedible, resulting in us returning it after just one bite. The only redeeming aspects were the deviled eggs and, to a lesser extent, the shrimp and grits, though there was an excessive amount of grits compared to the shrimp. The cornbread was bone dry and desperately needed more butter and proper heating. Overall, this event was a total failure in execution. I would strongly advise against returning and recommend seeking dining experiences elsewhere. This restaurant lacked the necessary thought and preparation. Even the tea was absent—I had to settle for chamomile with no bread and bland Rotis - someone's grandmother is shaking her head right now. Chef Black, you completely missed the mark on this one; from poor hosting, to disjointed menu and service… I mean we had to send four plates back and vehemently denied to-go plates... this isn't Perle Mesta - this is just a “Red Mess” (Get It!)- maybe the $100 bottles of H20 have ballooned your grandiose imaginations, but this is a nightmare… It’s time to make significant improvements and get a new set of consultants to assist you - a set of fresh eyes boss- you got this - you are better than this chef.

   It was an awesome restaurant. We enjoyed thanksgiving dinner there. Turkey was very tasty and our server, Landon, provided a great service. We loved whole vibes of the restaurant and the hotel.

   Where do I start! It was a cool & brisk Thanksgiving night. But not just any Thanksgiving- it was my wedding day! We celebrated our marriage by having dinner at this fine restaurant! Jason- Jason WAS PHENOMENAL! I can write a book on his service & warmth! He even set it up for us to meet the CHEF!! It was an honor to meet the CHEF! thank you both soooo much for ending my night with such beautiful blessings and honors!! This will forever be in our hearts

   Service was very slow. Our salad came long after we were seated and placed our order. We then had a 45 minute wait between the salad and entree course, having to ask about the status of our order. Our entree finally came an hour and a half after our reserved time.

    Chef Black clearly demonstrated all my expectations of a James Beard Chef: Creative and intriguing superior cuisine. Our outstanding professional waiter delivered beautifully—his suggestions impeccable. All told, it was a wonderful experience. We’re going back as soon as our schedules allow!
