   I had an excellent business lunch today at Persone. It wasn't the first here, but I keep coming back because Persone keeps delivering. The food was tasty, fresh and beautifully presented. The service was excellent - I was warmly greeted by Colm and the whole experience was curated very professionally. I had a special request which was handled in a way that greatly exceeded my hopes and expectations. Thanks to the Persone Team - as usual, well done on a great business lunch.

   Had an enjoyable client lunch. Options were outstanding, recommendations from our waiter were spot on and special dietary requirements were accomodated for with no issue at all. Toward the end of lunch we felt a little forgotten about, but we completely understand that staffing may have been an issue as it was their first trading day back after Cyclone Alfred. Overall an amazing lunch and and outstanding venue.

   Went back to Persone again recently and tbh was a little disappointed. The pappardelle ragu was nice but now where near wat I was expecting and quite a lacklustre experience compared to my previous visits. It lacked flavour and was quite dry having too much meat for the amount of sauce. On the plus side the meat was tender and fell apart. However the pea and scallop risotto was very nice and the service excellent. It was quick and friendly and they were helpful with all requests.

   Good food and service, but if considering an intimate experience, this would rate slightly above a Sizzler Restaurant - which is better than Maccas. People wore t-shirts and we were joined by a group of 3 university boys immediately adjacent to us. This was not a 'valentine ' experience. To impose a set menu for a high price, seems to be at odds with the resulting ambience of the restaurant. I think the intent was a price gouge on an iconic day, paying a 50% premium for what you would reasonably expect to pay per head on a normal day. I understand every industry does this, particularly when you use the wedding word. But lets get reasonable, if you are going to leverage the occasion then provide the experience.

   The Rigatoni we got was raw. Pasta not fully cooked. If you are a vegetarian / vegan, I would not recommend a set menu.

   Steak was mostly raw, pizza had zero mozzarella. Very disappointed in this place. Will not use again.

    Construction noise, no bread anymore, food cold in places, service not particularly friendly for the price. Just not worth the money. Avoid
