Assado cooking of grass-fed, certified natural beef, cared for by Uruguayan gauchos using traditional husbandry techniques at the heart of Uruguayan culture & Peruvian cuisine. At PAMPAS we cook all our natural beef over charcoal to echo the traditional Assado feasting style. Select your super cuts of choice from a beef board and have it sliced at the table for you. One of the best restaurants in Manchester. The food is always awesome, as are the cocktails and the staff are so friendly. Gutted it's closing

Great food and service and as a Peruvian I loved the salmon ceviche, despite not being entirely “traditional” as I saw others claim, it was one of the most interesting combinations of flavours I’ve had in a ceviche.

Great food and good choice. Staff welcoming, helpful and efficient. It was very quiet the night we went so the noise levels were not too bad which was good.

Everything was so good. We had the Empanadas to start, amazing chimi dip and for our mains, Rib Eye Steak, which melted in your mouth! We also had the buttermilk chicken burger, which was fabulous. Service was also amazing. Thanks, Rob. We'll be back for sure.
