My family and I went here for Christmas dinner. The staff was very friendly but that's unfortunately the highlight of the whole experience. Regardless of being friendly we often had out water glasses sitting empty and the food took a ridiculous amount of time to come out. We also never got out second helping of bread we ordered; which we only ordered because the food was taking so long. The food itself was decent. The bread is a little on the doughy side but comes with three spreads of baba ganoush, hummus, and tzatziki which were good. The food runner almost gave us someone else's food first. It took almost 45 min to get our fist course which was just a small plate of various seafood. The second course was a small crab cake and salad. The it take almost another 45 min to get the main course. By this time we are still very hungry. The main course is a small fillet and half a small lobster. And while the plate was piping hot the food on it was barely luke warm. The flavors were fine but the fact that it tasted like it's been sitting out for all that time we waited was disappointing to say the least. We were tempted at this point to just get dessert to go rather than wait but we barely ever see our waitress. So dessert is a slice of too dense chocolate peppermint cake with a side of vanilla ice cream that was still so frozen it took effort to get my spoon through it. Overall a pretty disappointing affair that took almost 3 hours and not because we're a chatty group.

Restaurant is labeled as Mediterranean, but is primarily seafood. Views were great, food for the price was just ok. Staff was nice enough, though understaffed. Would not go back again

A regrettable Christmas breakfast experience. I booked due to location and promise of a great view. Despite having a reservation, it took quite a while to get seated. Our table of 4 was in an odd hallway with a minimal view based on position. It took at least 10 minutes or more for a server to come to our table. They were out of orange juice and had a fairly limited menu. The pancakes were grainy and thick. The French toast was the best of the options. It was thick and well made. The crab eggs Benedict was okay but arrived lukewarm. We never saw our server again until we were done. There were no drink refills or top offs. I understand it is Christmas so I certainly cut them some slack (and we still left a good tip) but if you are open, it’s not unfair to expect at least decent service and experience. I do not recommend for holiday meals.

My spouse and I visited PESCA Waikīkī Beach on the last night of our honeymoon in Hawaii, excited to enjoy their seafood menu while taking in the breathtaking view from the 30th floor overlooking Waikiki. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing, leaving a sour note on what should have been a memorable evening. The issues began with an unusually long wait of 30 minutes just to have our order taken. While we understood that our 3-pound lobster might require extra preparation time, the delays became excessive, over an hour passed without receiving our food. During this time, our server did not check on us or provide any updates, which added to our frustration. When we finally got up to request assistance from the manager, it took several minutes for him to arrive. Once he did, there was no acknowledgment of the shortcomings in service or any attempt to rectify the situation. Instead, our server stated that he was “fighting for our food” and that other patrons were also experiencing delays. This response lacked empathy and conveyed no effort to make us feel valued as guests. We ultimately decided to leave without eating, as the experience had left us with no appetite. This was the first time in my life I’ve walked out of a restaurant, and it was incredibly disappointing, especially considering we were prepared to spend a few hundred dollars on our meal. For a fine dining establishment, I would have expected a much higher standard of service, professionalism, and care. I hope PESCA Waikīkī Beach takes this feedback seriously to improve their service operations and ensure future diners receive the experience they deserve. A great view and a promising menu are not enough if the service fails to match expectations.

They were completely disorganized. The food was undercooked. Then some other food was overcooked. Then there was a Greek salad with 47 chunks of tomatoes, and only three pieces of feta. We asked them for an iced tea three times. They never brought out the spinach that we ordered.
