Made a reservation through Peso’s website however when we arrived, there was a sign that the restaurant is closed. Days prior I’ve received emails & texts to remind me and confirm my reservation, which I have. Would’ve been nice to been notified that they were closed. Nothing on their website or social media mentioned anything as well. Thankfully Scratch Kitchen was near & went there instead.

Even though we could make a reservation through Open Table, when we arrived, we discovered restaurant was closed for renovation. However, It looked nice from the outside. Fortunately, Merriman’s was across the street and we were able to dine there instead. Open Table should not accept reservations for restaurants that for whatever reason are closed. Our one star review should not be taken as an indication of quality as it was the only way to get to the comment section.

If you’re looking for filipino food that explores different flavors and I guess the category of “fancy”, this is the place to go. The food was absolutely delicious. I’ve tried other places that have attempted to make Filipino food high end and always fell a little short on the taste and flavors. If you’re looking for more traditional, then I wouldn’t suggest it. For what my expectations were, they did a great job. Prices are a little high than what I am used to. When the lechon came out with Brussel sprouts, I was a little hesitant but did not regret it as the flavors surprised me. The kare kare beef was so tender. The turon with soft serve is a must. I wish I could try other options on the menu

It's overrated. We ordered steamed fish and was served with scales. It ruined our appetites.

Wonderful lunch here and really liked the modern take on traditional Filipino dishes. We’re Filipino and appreciate the Chef’s take and vision on the Pinakbet, Lechon, Pancit, and Lumpia. Service was great too! We’ll be back in March with more family members.

Great filipino fusion… Great service… A little bit different taste from traditional filipino food, but still have that authentic filipino taste.

The food is not great. My burger was good and the cocktails better than good but my friends salad lacked taste.

Made a reservation for Valentines Day. We got some yummy sashimi, a scallop, and then a filet and lobster, which was quite good. Unfortunately, I made this reservation because I wanted Filipino food, and they were basically serving continental cuisine in a $105-per person price fixed menu of which we had little choice but to order that. Two cocktails, tax and tip, and I dropped $300 for dinner, which was probably 2-3x what I was comfortable paying - Filipino food isn’t supposed to be that expensive!!!
