   Wonderful food and excellent friendly service- this dinner was definitely a highlight of a quick trip to New York- the cocktails were delish too!! Will definitely return!

   This was one of the best meals I have had in years. We got there early so we could get cocktails at the bar. Bartender was poetry in motion shaking and stirring and moving to the flow of service. Moved seamlessly to the table when it was ready. Servers, Susana and one other whose name I did not get, were excellent. They helped me choose a wine (Gigondas, an amazing get for a BTG list!) to go with the lamb (which was phenomenal, brought me back to my childhood Christmas at my grandmothers house). The whole meal tasted amazing. Every bite brought pure bliss. We got, for two people: Pâté (from Charcuterie menu, came with a light salad), Steak Tartare, and the beet and walnut salad with the chèvre croquettes to start, followed by the rack of lamb with a side of macaroni gratin. We rolled out the door fat and happy. Thank you for the excellent meal and service!

   WOW. Petite Boucherie was an incredible dinner. The cocktails were fantastic, the steak frites cooked to perfection and the ambiance was super cozy. Suzanna was a terrific waitress. Would recommend it to anyone in the city!

   I have dined at the Petite Boucherie many times over the past decade. The food, service, and ambience have all been consistently excellent over the years. I always dine there while in Manhattan. It feels like a home away from home.

   We loved our dining experience. The food was excellent, and the service was very good. We opted to sit at the bar instead of a table, and they were just as attentive when we got their attention. I would return to this location. The vibe is cozy and great for dates, and the holiday decor is charming.

   Amazing steak! Adorable holiday decor that made us feel so Christmasy! Terrible fries with the steak frites; absolutely terrible! We partially chose this restaurant because Botanist Gin was on the menu and they were all out. Poor alternative gin options. The service was very very middling. The staff barely checked in after our food was served, and were not very accommodating in general. But the phenomenal steak and magical holiday vibes made up for it. It was like being in a Christmas movie. Romantic and warm and fuzzy vibes.

   Sometimes you want to go to a place that’s in New York, other times you want to go to a place that is of New York. The smaller Boucherie is OF New York, its larger sibling is IN New York.
