Petite Left Bank is a traditional French café and bistro set in the heart of Marin County, in the charming downtown area of the coastal Tiburon peninsula. Like its sister restaurant Left Bank, Petite Left Bank is named in homage to and inspired by the iconic brasseries of La Rive Gauche, the southern or “left bank” of the River Seine which winds its way through the center of Paris. Petite Left Bank is a modern and approachable setting, and at the heart of all the space has to offer Tiburon is a French café. During the day, handcrafted dishes feature modern flavors and techniques that embrace its French European heritage and elevate the café experience. As the day turns to night, Petite Left Bank transforms into an alluring, lively, and exciting space with bistro highlights that showcase French recipes and classics. We had a wonderful time at Petite Left Bank on New Year’s Eve. The food was delicious. We started with the French onion soup and salade verte, and for mains, we enjoyed the prime rib and moules frites. The decor was charming, the staff welcoming and friendly, and the ambience warm and inviting. Another standout element of the evening was the Brazilian musician who provided a smooth, rhythmic backdrop that felt both relaxing and uplifting, creating the perfect vibe for the evening. Overall, it was a memorable way to ring in the new year, and we can’t wait to return.

This is such a cozy and romantic venue. Set in the tranquil and idyllic Village of Tiburon. The petit left bank is everything you’d want from a little French bistro. The menu is really good. I’ve gone there at least 10 times and the service and food have always been excellent. Looking forward to our next visit.

Very romantic. Roasted chicken w mashed potatoes was fabulous. The cassoulet was not our favorite of the night but it was still a lively dinner, though can get pricey if you aren’t careful.

Christmas Eve packed and not enough seating. Even with reservations a month out! Walk ins standing over us eating. Biggest problem space. Food excellent though I’d prefer on menu duck à l'orange for Christmas. Over all - very happy and lovely experience. Merci

Good food, good service, some dishes are a little expensive for what they are worth. Also they add a 3% fee on top which is annoying given their pricing already on the high end. Just roll these fees in the pricing instead of trying to hide them in junk fees. The practice feels mildly deceptive in my opinion.

Excellent service with exceptional customer care in taking our orders and handling our table as my family enjoyed their meal one evening during the Thanksgiving holiday. We plan to return sometime soon to this lovely French restaurant.

Petite Left Bank is a gem. We have been a couple of times & loved it so… we thought we’d go for their Thanksgiving special. Did not disappoint. Four course, great value, lovely.
