   We had a blip in the online reservation. The hostess turned us away stating they didn’t receive it the reservation but we could wait for about an hour. We then spoke to manger who moved us up in the line reducing our wait to 30 min. He did very well with handling because I had a reservation confirmation and it was their issue - not mine…Food was good and the manger again handled this the best he could

   We are at PF Changs on Valentines Day and (as expected) it was very busy. We had 5:30 reservations and were seated right on time. The service was outstanding, and the food was good. I had the Mongolian Beef which was a little over cooked due to the high number of people the kitchen was serving. that day. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend PF Changs.

   Our server went above and beyond for us! He made our Sunday lunch special. Sorry, we don’t recall his name, but he was amazing!

   Nos gusta mucho este restaurant pero el servicio está vez fue pésimo, esperamos una hora para que el Garzón nos dijera que no tenía pollo para el menú de niño para mi hijo. En esa hora no me sirvieron la sopa ni una carne mongoliana, así que pedimos la cuenta y nos fuimos

   Waited 1 hour to be seated despite reservations. Then I waited one and a half hours for food, even though we ordered within 10 minutes of sitting down. The food was mediocre best. Overall, very poor experience. Will not be going back. I don’t know what’s going on with this branch or if it’s a problem with the chain, but I’ve never seen anything like it.

   We made a reservation for Christmas Eve and were seated in the noisy crowded bar with people standing by our table we waited an hour and 15 min for our food and the food was lukewarm warm and looked like it was thrown on the plate The alcoholic beverages we each ordered required a special glass we were told one of us had to wait due to no clean glasses Ruined the fun of ordering a special cocktail Overall very disappointing experience

   The service was horrible for the second time in a row. Waited forever for drinks. Then we waited forever for the main entree after the appetizer. We asked for something twice, and the waitress would forget, and kept passing right by our table. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

    Went to P.F. Chang’s while in Asheville Friday night. The food was great, cocktails were very good, and our server Hurley was excellent. He helped me decide which chicken entree to order, and gave insight to the rewards program which I had signed up for a few days earlier. Would definitely recommend going here when in the Asheville area.
