   It was nice to enjoy PF Changs here in Boise. All of our food was good and enjoyed by all 6 of us. There are a couple favorite items no longer on the menu, but they don’t have any issue with making them for us. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. We plan to return.

   Not at all like the other PF CHANGS. For example, Seattle, Salt Lake, etc. Portions were small. Mongolian Beef was tough and chewy. Tried several dishes just to check it out. Pad Thai combination, the meat was not proportioned. It was like toddler size...the size of a Coco puff except there's only 2 chicken and 2 beef, the rest was Tofu. Server was nice, however, you had to get her attention a few times. Mixed up orders. Korean chicken was not crispy at all. It was like leftovers and refried. No glass effect crunch. I was explained by the waitress that it had a thigh, breast, leg, and wing. No wing or leg. Dessert, we had to ask for a menu. She got everyone's order except my son and I. We tried to get her attention but we did not see her for awhile. She served them the dessert then she turned around again before I can say anything. My party ate their dessert and she finally comes back and I had to get her attn. It's a big table but I felt she didn't take the dishes fast enough that we weren't using and everything was stuffed on my side. No towelettes, she suggested water and napkin. She brought one and didn't on our side. To go boxes, korean chicken did not fit in the boxes she gave us. She said that's all they had. However, she brought out the dessert to go box for the cake, I'm like, the chicken could have fit in that. She even suggested she could put the chicken in a plastic bag and wrap it. INSTEAD i had to stuff the chicken in a small box I had to take it home unopen. Very disappointing, I've been to several pf changs over the years. Boise does not compare. Host Staff was fast and efficient. They were able to get us in earlier. Other than that, it was the only good experience we had. Plus, we were there longer than we should have. Needless to say, I spent 4 hours on the road expecting a great restaurant to eat in for a bday dinner for my cousin. I've never had a bad experience at PF changs. It was always consistent, Not Boise.

   Had a nice day after Valentine’s Day experience with the family. Food was excellent, service was spot on, and we were in and out before the heavy dinner rush. Good size portions, can easily do family style, and had plenty of leftovers for around $25 a person including tip (not a lot of alcohol!) I did have a non alcoholic beer which was great, highly recommend if you’re the DD for the evening. Great job P.F. Chang’s as usual!

   The table was very wet when we got there- so wet that the menus stucknto the table. We asked to have it wiped down, and she said she couldn't wipe it down and gave me napkins to do it myself. Chicken lettuce wraps were not up to par. Chicken wasn't the same and they changed the lettuce to romaine. Hot and sour soup wasn't up to par based on our previous visits. Beef and broccoli and Mongolian beef were good. Pot stickers were fine. Fried rice was horrible! It tasted like plastic. So so disappointed that we didn't have a good experience. What is going on????

   We’ve been to P.F. Chang’s many times in Arizona and it is absolutely excellent. This was the first time we went to P.F. Chang’s in Boise and we were very disappointed. The food was very, very dry, including the rice.

   We have ate at PF Chang's in mamy cities but we will never go back. The Boise restaurant was awful in every way. There was no hostess to seat us when we arrived and when she finally appeared it felt like we were a burden to her. When we were seated the table was wobbly and we asked for another and was ignored. They totally forgot our appetizer and the main dishes were cold and so salty we could not eat them. Overall very poor and it ruined a special night with a dear friend. They should close the restaurant if they can't maintain the a high level of quality for the prices they charge.

   Overall there was nothing pleasant about our experience. They didn’t have cups for our drinks so we got food before drinks. They were short on plates. Server didn’t know what was on the menu. We waited long after our reserved time with lots of open seats. It was comical how terrible it was.

   I absolutely loved the pomagranit margarita with black salt on the rim. They even made it less sweet for me by special request. Great service and the meals were very tasty.

    We made a reservation but still had to wait quite a bit until our table was ready. The service was good. The serving size is very big but the food was just alright.
