   Unfortunately I could not keep this reservation due to the length of time I would have to wait outside in the cold and wind. The hostess checking folks in was blocking the entrance to the restaurant. There is a covered enclosure that several people who had checked in were waiting in. I arrived 5 -7 mins prior to my reservation. The hostess said it would be a few minutes. I asked if I had to wait outside since she was blocking the entrance and there was no room in the enclosure. She said unfortunately yes. It was extremely windy and cold. I tried to hover in a corner. I could see into the restaurant and noticed I was 9 on the list to be seated for my 7:15 reservation. At 7:15 I went back in to ask how long it would be explaining that it is extremely windy and cold. She said it will be a bit. I said how long is a bit. I can’t keep standing outside. She said at least 20 minutes. Never suggested I could wait inside the restaurant or allow others ahead of me to go in so I could stand inside the enclosure with my partner. I said you will need to cancel my reservation then. I then went over to Tio Taco and was seated within 5 mins with no reservation and was allowed to wait inside the restaurant. If you can’t allow customers to wait inside then you need to restrict the amount of reservations you allow at different times. I’ve never seen a restaurant not let you wait inside.

   We had a reservation at 6 pm we arrived 555, and we were not seated until 9 pm, which was ridiculous. They don't have tables for large parties. We were party of 6. They only had 2 tables that could fit this capacity. Both parties overstayed their allotted time, forcing us to wait. They did not make any accommodations for us, they could have put tables together for us ,they would sit a party of 2 at a table with 4 seats, we asked if we could just have a table like that and add extra chairs because they put chairs at the entrance for the long wait, they started no. This was a horrible experience. we had a child with us, and they did nothing to make sure we had a1 service. We spoke to a couple of managers they just weren't prepared for opening, and we would've left, but it was the weekend, and every other place we called had a wait time. I will not be coming back here. First, impressions are everything to me. And the food was just okay

   The restaurant is much smaller than expected. With a reservation on open table, we had to wait 2 hours for a table for two. So we lucked out finding g seating g at the bar and ate there. This was the first weekend they were open at Christiana Mall so I guess the crowd was to be expected. The food was overall tasty and good quality and customer service was good.

   Found the music very loud was hard to talk at the table … therefore most everyone talked loud to be able to be heard. So very unpleasantly loud. The waitress was amazing as was the rest of the staff but the food took exceptionally long to come to the table … 40 minutes between apps and dinner. Although waitress came back very frequently to inform and apologize. We were told it was a “popular time”… Food was okay - we order the Chef feast for 2 Salad - okay a lot of wonton strips and caution u are charged for extra dressing (we were but if that was extra would say without would have been very dry) App - pot stickers were good but they should advise they are spicy Dinner - our dishes, Chang’s chicken and the Crispy Honey chicken were very dry… no sauce other than on the chicken so placing over the rice made it even drier. The Crispy Honey chicken is served over dry rice noodles adding to the dryness and the chicken was so crispy it required a knife to cut any large pieces and the small ones were therefore dry. Perhaps there are new restaurant issues but did not live up to the exceptions of other P.F. Chang’s visits in other states

   The meal and experience felt very rushed. I understand it was a new location, but we were interrupted probably every five minutes by a new face asking how our meal was which quickly became irritating and we couldn’t enjoy the experience. The food was mediocre and we were rushed through the entire meal and rushed out. Will not be returning.

   It’s definitely not the PF Chang’s of the past. The food taste like it came out of a pre-made bag and heated in a microwave oven. Also, when you ask the waiter to add “spice” to a dish and that doesn’t happen, how are you expected to enjoy what you’ve ordered.
