   Honestly, we were a little surprised at what a lovely experience it was. It was a very busy Friday night and we were able to get a table quickly, the service was outstanding. Cass was wonderful. The food came promptly and it was delicious. It was a lovely experience overall.

   Bartender served us and was very nice. We were in town for a funeral. She gave the kids fortune cookies and they were so happy. Overall great experience.

   I typically don’t write negative reviews, but my experience at this location on Valentine’s Day was truly disappointing. I had made dinner reservations over three weeks in advance, expecting a comfortable and enjoyable evening. However, upon arrival, we were seated in an overcrowded section with extremely small tables, where I was continuously bumped into from all sides. The noise level was so overwhelming that I could barely have a conversation with my husband, making the entire experience uncomfortable. Additionally, the food lacked flavor, and it was clear that the servers were overwhelmed. The tables were so close together that I could hear multiple conversations around me, and many guests expressed similar frustrations about the cramped setup. For a restaurant charging premium prices, I expected a far better dining experience. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I will not be returning for any special occasions.

   Teriaki beef has sweet peppers on the menu. Server said menu is not updated but they no longer come with the dish. She said she could add them and then we were charged extra! Excuse me. Your fault, now my problem. Fried rice not done with nothing added but rice. Hot and sour soup bland. All food getting worse.

   Varied menu that shows nutritional info for each choice and offers brown rice as an option. The sesame chicken was delicious, included vegetables, and the chicken was not coated in batter. My friend had the appetizer lettuce wraps as her entree. It was a very generous portion that she said tasted excellent. Friendly fast service on a busy Saturday evening.

   Food was very good. But $67 (excluding tip) for one person to have two egg rolls, a cup of wonton soup, one entree and two draft beers is too much.

   We were seated outside in a tent on my special evening. It was warm enough with the heaters but very noisy and uncomfortable with the high winds blowing the tent and outdoor seating was not comfortable. Pre wedding celebration and family in from out of town. Very disappointed in being sat outside since I had reservations for awhile.

   We had a 7:30 reservation on Christmas Eve. We arrived and were checked in at 7:25. The place was packed. The foyer was at capacity, at least 17-20 people were outside waiting for their table. The hostess told us our table would be ready in a couple of minutes and they would text when our table was ready. We went to the bar and were lucky enough to get seats. The bartenders were SLAMMED! However, they took our drink pretty quick and had great attitudes. At 8:00 we decided just to eat at the bar, the best service is always at the bar. We ordered the Dynamite Shrimp and the Chicken Lettuce Wraps which we've had before and were very good. Our orders came out hot and timely. We were talking to a couple sitting next to us and they had made a reservation through Open Table and had been waiting over 20 minutes and had not been seated at a table. At 8:42 still having Still no text, seems like PF Changs doesn't honor Open Table reservations (btw, this is second time at Changs this happened to us), I went to the hostess station and the manager was there and told him we had been waiting over an hour for our table, this was not the first time we've had this happen to us and we were eating at the bar. All he said was, "Great". No apology for the the screw up, I really expected a bunch of excuses but he couldn't care less. Our entree's arrived timely and piping hot, I have the General Chang's Chicken, which is my favorite and my husband had Lo Mien. We enjoyed our meals thoroughly and the two ladies behind the bar made what could have been a very stressful situation so pleasant. Bottom line, the bar has their act together. Front of house is a hot mess express. Once we got outside, one of the people working at the hostess station followed us out an apologized for what happened and the manager's attitude. and further stated he messes them up every time they are busy by blowing off reservations and seating. on a first come first serve basis.

   We waited almost an hour for our reservation to be honored. It was Christmas Eve and they were packed. They seemed to be a little surprised and had to check a separate tablet to find our Open Table reservation upon our arrival. There were probably 80 people crammed into the entryway. Waiter was wonderful! Food was lackluster this time but surprisingly fast given the backlog of seating.

    This is the second time we experienced a problem. Last time it took over an hour to receive our food and they were not very busy. This time we ordered an appetizer and they said they had removed it from the menu but it still showed up on the menu. We ordered another appetizer and received about the same time as the food. The appetizer was COLD. They removed the appetizer and not another word was said. They didn't even try to remove it from the bill. We also mentioned that you cannot order on line without a mandatory 18% gratuity even if you come in and pick up the food yourself. I know why they never seem to be busy. A fast food chinese restaurant would be a far better choice. The sad part is they don't even seem to care.
