   We had a great dinner. Food was excellent and we had very good service. Music was a little loud at times but not overly so. We will go back for sure.

   Upon arriving we waited a few minutes for our reserved table. When seated, it took 10-15 minutes for someone to come by. We ordered drinks, an appetizer, and the entree. The drinks came out fine, and the appetizer was out quickly. My egg drop soup was good, and the dumplings were also good. Then the entrees arrived. Both were cold, the noodles were unpleasant, and the fried rice was raw, and crunchy. The honey chicken and teriyaki chicken tasted old, and microwaved. Once we Informed the waitress of the rice, and requested noodles instead, she replied "that's fine, they cost the same". It seemed she was more concerned about the price instead of customer service. Throughout she seemed that we were inconveniencing her. She gave our check, and walking (barely audible) away told us to have a good night. As far as spending almost $100, this was far from expected. Next time we will go to a local Asian restaurant, spend substantially less and receive real service. Truly disappointed. I would say stay away .

   Was not busy in the restaurant at all. Only one other table in the bar area with 23 people. We had a table for 6. Our waitress was slow to take drink & food orders. Food was not cooked as good and tasty like other PF Changs we’ve been to. We should have been out of there in 1 hr and it took 2 hrs before we could leave.

   We arrived and were greeted by hostess. After we were seated we were told by server that happy hour didn’t extend to any place but the bar. We moved to the bar which was actually a better setting. We ordered the lettuce wraps to share and two orders of pork egg rolls which were good and cooked to order. The cosmos drink was decent and my husbands bourbon and coke was fine. Our server was very friendly and professional. Only qualm we had was that at least the happy hour drinks were not available throughout the restaurant. We go to other places and they do.

   It was just ok. The restaurant wasn’t that busy but it took forever to get food out. And it came in waves, so you have the awkward do I eat while it’s hot, or wait for everyone else and then eat cold. When it did all come out, it was just ok. Not what we remembered it was like. Our server was preoccupied with another table so we didn’t get drink refills and had to request our check. Overall it was over an hour and a half dining experience, but not really an enjoyable one. Maybe an off night.

    Always great to find a PF Changs and grab a bite. This Louisville location was easy to find and service was excellent. Food quality maintained brand standards
