Pretty basic visit. Window area was cold and there was room elsewhere. Should have asked to move. Noodles slightly undercooked and should have sent back.

We had a 7:15 reservation. We were sat at 8:15. We ordered fairly quickly. Our food started to come at 9:15. Restaurant was a chaotic mess. Management took way too many reservations and then told walk ins the wait wasn’t too long. Our server was nearly crying from the stress. She also blamed bad management for mishandling reservations. Horrible experience. Terrible management. I pity the people who work there.

The staff waa friendly, we were seated quickly….the dining area was pretty wide open but they want to seat us directly behind the hostess stand which feels like it’s in the lobby. We ask for a different table and so we were shifted one table back. The food was tasty- but was not piping hot…..it has been much better on previous trips.

The hot and sour soup wasn’t good. The brown rice was dry and the beef from the beef and broccoli was too chewy. Not the best experience this time.

Waitress had an attitude mainly customers appear to be an inconvenience. The crisp honey shrimp was soggy, overly breaded and sauce runny not the same as before. Food was not even lukewarm bordered on being COLD. We did not pay for the shrimp. So disappointed. We won’t be going back.
