The staff were friendly and responded to our requests. There was a drop spotlight at our table that was very bright and directly hit my eyes. I asked the waiter if it could be fixed and he put a cover over it. The food and mai tai drinks were great. The spicy chicken, Mongolian beef, chicken & beef fried rice were delicious. The rewards program continues to offer us incentives to keep returning.

The food was good, but some of the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. It took 17 minutes before our server came to our table after we were seated. Our server never came back and checked on our table after we received our food (and she never delivered any of it). Had to ask another server for refills on pop and water. While the food was good, the whole experience was ruined by how bad the service was. Too many good options in the area to come back.

I invited my former colleague to dinner at PF Chang’s due to my past experiences. The food and table service met expectations but there was problem with host. My guest and I arrived separately and were seated at different booths. We both referenced reservation under my name. After 15 minutes past reservation time we texted to make sure other was safe and discovered we were seated separately. I approached group of 3 at host stand to share my frustration and heard a storm of excuses about how OpenTable reservations are handled. Lack of attention to detail, professionalism and responsibility.

Restaurant not very busy so I was surprised when we were seated at a table that was sticky. First drink was made w salt rim vs sugar rim and to fix server poured it into a new glass…. Mixing all the salt into the drink. Someone was brought the wrong wine. Usually a good place maybe just an off night?

We love eating here and appreciate the opportunity to be able to share a gluten free special meal with our celiac son who isn't able to eat Asian cuisine at many other places. We were able to order 4 different dishes here and they were all very tasty! The only reason I'm leaving 4 stars is that the portions to value were a bit smaller than I would have anticipated. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

Our dinner with a total of 4 adults was very good. The server gave us great service and the timing of the food was perfect. They offer a very good variety of vegetarian meals. The Mongolian Beef and Spicy Chicken are our favorite dishes. We look forward to returning again and making a reservation with Open Table.

Our dinner was delicious. Busy night at the restaurant and our waitress Katrina made all the difference. She was friendly, attentive and made sure our meal met our expectations. We ordered gluten free beef and broccoli, gluten free chicken fried rice, delicious pan fried shrimp wontons and spring rolls.
