   Christmas Eve we had a reservation… apparently so did half the neighborhood since you could barely walk in the door at 6:30 pm! There were dozens of angry would-be diners milling about, many tables unbussed, and what appeared to be a very overwhelmed front desk staff. We were told we’d be seated well beyond our set time. Things were looking grim so we left. All first-world problems, yes, but we know PF Chang’s can do better!

   The food was very good. The values was good and the service was excellent. I recommend this location for an enjoyable meal.

   It was insanely busy. Front lobby as always was wayyyy overcrowded. No place to walk, no place to stand. Every time we go to The Northbrook location, it’s always chaotic with guests and employees tripping all over each other. Was way understaffed. Had to wait Long time to get seated even though we had a 6:00pm reservation. Took long time to get water, silverware, our entrees. And actually it was not because of our server. Our server was excellent for the conditions she was under. She worked her a** off, but she can only do so much. She was assigned too many tables, for all the customers there.

   Pretty empty restaurant, but because of servers, we had to squeeze into a small table for 6 people. We asked to move, but were told "no"

   It's PF Chang's - the post pandemic version. Menu is much more limited but your favorites like Lettuce Wraps/Orange Chicken/Mongolian Beef still are on the menu. Slightly redecorated and with prices that reflect the realities of how much everything costs more - PF Chang's is still a reasonable value. Our food was hot and flavorful. Portions seemed a bit smaller as we had no leftovers for the first time ever...! Service was fair - our server was very nice but, obviously had too many stations to tend on our early Sunday evening.

   This was a terrible experience, we had reservations but still waited a good 20-25 minutes after our reservation time to sit. It was standing room only right by the freezing cold front door. Not pleasant … Once we finally sat, we were ignored for a solid 15 minutes - while the table next to us who sat down after us ordered and was served their dinner and drinks. Once we finally got someone to take an order - we told them we had a peanut allergy in the group, and he told us that there was a special menu and that he couldn’t take our order. About 10 additional minutes later when we flagged the same waiter down to ask about this menu, we were told the manager was going to bring it. Another 10 minutes after that … we flagged him down again, and told him we wanted to order. This is about 40 minutes sitting at the table without even being given water. It was ridiculous … more than once we seriously considered leaving but really needed to get our kids fed at this point … Only positive was that the food was very good! We won’t be back - it’s a shame but this restaurant has gone dramatically downhill and there are so many much better options out there.

   Had a reservation for 6:30, when I arrive, place was a zoo and there was chaos at the check in with people getting takeout orders, and people trying to check in for a table. Once I finally checked in, we had to wait 45 min for a table to be ready. They were clearly overbooked at this time. Overall, a poor guest experience, and I would not recommend

    The overall atmosphere at PF Changs was great, once we were seated. And the food and service at the table were outstanding. The one downside was the initial atmosphere around checking in and getting seated. It was very crowded and chaotic, and we were 20 minutes late in being shown to our reserved table, and it took asking the main service coordinator about when our table would be ready. If they can get the initial check-in process figured out, PF Changs is a great experience.
