PF Changs was not what it used to be. The lights were blinding, making the atmosphere feel more like a cafeteria than a nice restaurant. I requested that they dim the lights, and they did comply. However, the bathroom was not well-maintained, and the restaurant's overall cleanliness left much to be desired. I was very disappointed to witness its decline.

Chris - our server - was energetic, quick, and personable. We ordered the Chef's Feast for dinner. We enjoyed our tasty entrees: Honey Chicken and Beef Broccoli. The white rice was fluffy and easy to eat with chopsticks. It is a destination drive from Natomas and we plan on returning.

i felt the food has gone downhill- the wonton soup was bland and had only a few small wontons and mostly broth, the lettuce wraps were greasy, and the lettuce was too small of pieces not big like they used to be- tempura green beans were also greasy. We had not been to PF Changs in years but not going back.

Felt rushed. Cocktails didn’t arrive until after food started arriving. And our checked arrived while we were still eating. There were 6 of us and we hadn’t been there an hour yet. I know I will not go back.

Service was seriously awful. We didn't have a server at first, apparently the bar was never informed we were their table. We were there almost 3 hours because the service was garbage.

Had a great time with our family of 4, laughed and joked and completely enjoyed the Great Wall of chocolate and the cheesecake, best dessert in the area, by far. PF Chang’s is a nice place, but not so nice you have to dress up a lot to feel comfortable.

This visit they had taken our favorite dish off the menu, Salt and Pepper Prawns and replaced it with Firecracker Shrimp. While the new dish is ok, we were really sad they removed the dish we love. Probably will still go to PF Changs, but not as often.
