   Really surprised at how food has gone down hill. At this location and also in Fl. Quality of food is not so good, won’t go back.

   Our server too far too long to take our order, for both food and drinks then forgot half of our drink orders! Once food arrived we did not see her again until roughly 20 minutes later where she threw takeout boxes at us! Finally after bringing us the check without seeing if we were finished she stood over me as I figured out her tip! Was not impressed and will not be returning or recommending it to anyone !!!

   We checked in about 25 minutes ahead of our reservation time. The host said it would still be about 20 minutes or so, but we were notified that our table was ready within about 10 to 15 minutes which was great. We asked for indoor seating, we were told it was first come first serve but we were given an indoor table which was awesome too! Our server was amazing, friendly and gave suggestions. Food was pretty good. We had heard great things expected great things overall it was a pretty good experience. The lo mein left me disappointed but if that is my only complaint, then it was a great experience overall for my first time at PF Chang’s. I would say it was a good dining experience. I would go back again and try some other options. It is a bit on the pricey side, but what isn’t when you are eating in Hawaii?!?!

   Food was good served in a timely manner however the server seemed pre-occupied and was not very attentive. Nobody came to check to see if our meal was satisfactory nor did they return at any time to see if we required anything.

   Every time we go, there’s not enough servers and we have to wait for a server even though we have a reservation. My napkin was dirty. Our service was incredibly slow, even though it was empty in there. It’s just not to the standard it used to be.

   Chain Asian sitting outside the Royal Hawaiian mall. Convenient and food was as expected - good but not different then in any other branch.

   Great meal eaten on the patio. Spring rolls and honey shrimp were excellent. We also enjoyed the lomein.

    For a large chain restaurant, the food was decent. Didn’t love that the food was served with 10 minutes after we ordered - lol! The service was excellent! The white wine selection was very good.
