   Things have really changed at Changs, portions smaller, sharing rice and wraps we terrible! Restroom was dirty hair all over the sinks, someone picking out a fro, then we got lucky and that fro served us. Prediction, this place shuts down within a year unless things change.

   We were seated immediately. The ambience was amazing. The food was really good. However, the beef portion was extremely small. The cocktails were perfect.

   Most Amazing Meal Ever and We were seated right at our reservation time on a busy Valentine’s Day!! The front desk manager was awesome. We are still talking about it days later and can’t wait to go back.

   Had a 6:00pm reservation for two. Didn’t get seated until 6:40. Had to make a 7:45pm movie in the same complex. Still didn’t have entree at 7:35pm. Had to cancel and leave without. Overbooked. Second time this has happened to us at PF Chang’s. Figure out your reservation system and stop overbooking.

   Hostess was very rude & couldn't find our reservation. Waitress was not very good. She never came back to check on the table after delivering the appetizer. Drinks were never refilled without asking, when she was around. When she did fill them, she filled them half way…we all had water. When the waitress took our credit card for payment, she was gone for at least 15 minutes. Manager walked the restaurant, never checked on tables... Just walked around. Food was fair at best. Will NOT be returning.

   I thought the reservation meant that I would get a premium placement and a premium table, but when I got there, the hostess acted like it was putting her out and she tried to sit us at a table in the bar with no light. I told her I thought that getting a reservation would get me better. Table and I requested her to move me Again. She acted out.

   Everything was good. However, the beef teriyaki was a little too sweet. Also, I wish their drink menu was better. The service was very good, considering it was New Year's Eve.

   This location has a major management/staffing issue. From the hostess’ uncaring and nonchalant attitude, to the numerous unbussed and empty tables while people are waiting for almost an hour to be seated, to the empty bar (which might not have been as empty if the manager didn’t refuse to put the Thursday night nfl game on) — this is a sad state of affairs in an already challenging industry. We were in town for the holidays and several of us were in the mood for PF Changs. However, after the unpleasant wait time, we pivoted and happily dined across the street instead (which was also understaffed and busy but handled it like pros.)

    It took over an hour to get our food. The food was lukewarm and the rice was not done. They seemed to be short staffed.
