Everything we ordered tasted like it was cooked in a burnt pan. No one asked if we enjoyed anything even though we didn’t eat any of it

Very disappointed in the service. We had to ask for server to bring drinks, take order, provide more ice, provide spice tray and soy, all we received was a small dish with soy- not even a spoon to use with it. All our years of visiting this location it was just sad. Food was good, service nonexistent. This location is closing - but for us it is closed. An end of an era.

Very disappointing. Menu has been stripped down even below what it was during Covid. Just not what it used to be. Too bad.

Lovely food and exemplary service. New veggie options are wonderful. Food quality, portions, temperature, and presentation all great. We were seated in the booths, across from the bar, and it was a bit too loud and confining compared to other visits. Our server was A+++ and we will be back!

It was a shame but P.F. Chang’s is usually so much better. I put a table on open table and they continued to put people before my reservation even though there were booths available. They were so disorganized and the server was only attentive to those he thought would give a good tip. It was a mediocre date night and you can tell management was really lacking

Food was excellent. Lettuce wraps, pad Thai, signature lo mein and pineapple coconut ice cream was the best! Waiter was so helpful especially with a toddler. A great way to start the New year. We will definitely return.

The front hostess was rude and very difficult. It was me and my three boys - a party of 4 and we asked to sit in a round booth. “Well , are just going to have to wait because I just sat that server.” I said that’s fine, it’s better with the kids than chairs. She scoffed and kept shaking her head with a scowl. Finally a manager came up and asked what was going on, and he had someone else take us to the table. Once to our table it was a much better experience. Our server disappeared for an extended time, but was courteous. The food was as expected and we enjoyed our meal. The restaurant was clean and calm as usual.
