   It was a shame but P.F. Chang’s is usually so much better. I put a table on open table and they continued to put people before my reservation even though there were booths available. They were so disorganized and the server was only attentive to those he thought would give a good tip. It was a mediocre date night and you can tell management was really lacking

   Food was excellent. Lettuce wraps, pad Thai, signature lo mein and pineapple coconut ice cream was the best! Waiter was so helpful especially with a toddler. A great way to start the New year. We will definitely return.

   The front hostess was rude and very difficult. It was me and my three boys - a party of 4 and we asked to sit in a round booth. “Well , are just going to have to wait because I just sat that server.” I said that’s fine, it’s better with the kids than chairs. She scoffed and kept shaking her head with a scowl. Finally a manager came up and asked what was going on, and he had someone else take us to the table. Once to our table it was a much better experience. Our server disappeared for an extended time, but was courteous. The food was as expected and we enjoyed our meal. The restaurant was clean and calm as usual.

   We asked for a booth on our reservation. Upon arrival, we were asked if a booth in the bar area would be okay. Service was not as good as usual, but not for lack of effort. The bartender was busy making drinks and service the booths in the bar area. Next time we would wait longer for a booth in the dining room.

   It has been quite some time since I've eaten at this restaurant. (Prior to 2020) My recollection of my experiences was that the food was always very fresh, good portions, and excellent flavors and dishes. I wish I could say the same about this experience. There was nothing above average with our order and the choices we made. Maybe it was just an off night or maybe we didn't pick the BEST menu items. However, for entrees that are $20, I did expect an above average experience. I think portions were fine for the price, we just were not wowed by anything that we ordered. Other than that, the atmosphere is nice as always, and the service was more than adequate , it was the lackluster experience of our taste buds that left us wanting.

   kids favourite restaurant. Arrive on time for our reservation, we were weived through tables to our table and waited 25 minutes, watching people arrive, get seated , order food, get water, and not a single gle one of the 6 servers that walked by our table stopped to ask if we’ve had anyone come by. We complained to the front desk, they apologized and said they’ed have someone come right away. 10 more minutes- no one still. 40 minutes from our arrival and not one server stopped to check if we had been seen. The manager said sorry, and that our server was “new”. I did t know we had a server. They offered to seat us somewhere else and I asked how can we be sure that we’d be seen. They had no reply but “sorry”. PF Chang’s you ruined our families Christmas Eve. Never again.

   Service was lousy. Food was ok. Seems to be going down the last few times we have been. Probably look for another location going forward.

   Very dirty restaurant - no paper towels in restroom (on two visits) - witnessed cook leave restroom without washing hands and go back into the kitchen - ceilings leaking (need repair). Just looks like they’re not putting money back into the restaurant and management is lacking.

    Glad to see hot and sour soup back. They took the pictures out of the menu so one of our guests miss-ordered. We had 2 servers, one great and the other cranky. Food was alright, although there seems to be more salt than I remember. They changed the chili sauce service. We had a reservation and waited almost 30 min past our time. Another group came in after us of the same size, and they were seated before us.
