   Our server, can’t remember his name (had tattoos on his arms), was very professional and friendly! We enjoyed our dinner there. Food was quick and delicious. He recommended an awesome dessert as well.

   We had an absolutely perfect experience. Our server was Eric. It was my birthday, and he took care of me and my daughter as though we were at a fine dining restaurant. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional, and he had a great sense of humor. We enjoyed my birthday order of lettuce wraps, along with shrimp dumplings and shrimp appetizers. He was very mindful of me doing low sodium, so everything came out prepared just so. I enjoyed the Kung Poa Shrimp and my daughter the shrimp minus the breading. Even our tea and desserts were perfect additions to our meal. He won't be their for our next visit, but he made my birthday a perfect P.F. Chang experience. Thank you Eric

   Service was very good. Food was hit-or-miss. The Mongolian beef was very good. Orange beef not tasty. Beef lo mein had more vegetables than noodles. Portions small and with higher price (than average). this is not a complain at all, just information for diners.

   The food really wasn’t good. It was really disappointing. I hadn’t eaten there in a few years and it wasn’t as good as it used to be.

   Our server was fabulous. My Mongolian tofu was missing the glaze so was returned. Once fixed it was returned to me but by that time my dining partners were essentially finished.

   The fixed menu for Valentine’s Day was good with dumplings and Mongolian Beef. Our request for a booth was not honored even though they were available and our server was overstretched with other tables.

   Great food and great service. We hadn't been to P.F. Chang's for a number of years, and decided to come back and try it again. It was an excellent experience. Our server (Chad) was friendly and efficient. The food was excellent. It was fully booked for Valentine's Day, and the staff made everything from seating to service seamless and efficient. We'll be back soon.

   Needs a better intake system to prioritize those with reservations. Walk ins got seated prior to us. Needs more space for waiting guests.
