   Let me start by saying we have been here before. The experience was great. However this year I am unsure what happened. We came in with a reservation, were seated upstairs in a very dark space where we couldn’t read the menu. The waiter was very nice and moved us to a better lit space. The table however was dirty and the plates that were on the table were dirty with crumbs on them. We just cleaned it up our selves and didn’t use them. We wiped the table our selves too. We got water and ordered our appetizers and meal. We waited 45min and no appetizers or meal were served. They came almost an hour later with half of our dinner and still no appetizers. The drinks were watered down like they had been sitting for a while in ice. The appetizers came out with the rest of the dinner an hour later, when all the rest of the food was cold. The appetizers were terrible and soggy. Since it was the holidays we made the best of it. The waiter was great and very apologetic. I am unsure if the place had new management or what is happening, but this was the last time we would attend. So disappointed I do hope they get this sorted out.

   Took my mom there for her birthday. Treated beautifully. They have my mom a birthday card and surprised her singing Happy bday!! Excellent staff excellent service.

   We enjoyed a spirited lunch at P.F. Chang's-Union Square! Not only was the food as good as usual, but the customer attention and service was excellent. The hostess Georgiana welcomed us to our window table. And, Brooklyn our server, who has strong restaurant loyalty, being there since opening, was exceptional with her service! Good vibes overall showing that the management gives strong leadership to help make the dining experience important.' We will be back again soon!

    Alex is a good server. Started with Northern Style Spare Ribs,Dynamite Shrimp,Pork Egg Roll and WonTon soup. Mongolian Beef,Fried Shrimp Rice with Broccoli,Side Fried Rice, and Salt & Pepper Shrimps. Some Tit's and Asahi Super dry's mafde for a wonderful evening. Thank you
