Prime Cuts. Perfect Pasta. Phil’s Steak House (named after hotel owner Phil Ruffin) offers an eclectic menu sure to please everyone at the table. From prime cuts of meat and mouth-watering seafood to classic Italian specialties, Phil’s Italian Steak House’s daily dinner specials are perfection in every bite. Private dining is also available for parties up to 40 people.

Please note that the dress code is semi-formal wear.

Reservations are available for parties of up to 7 guests. If you are unable to make your reservation online, please contact 702-894-7111. For the safety of our guests and staff, we are limiting dining experiences to 105 minutes. We recommend that parties arrive complete.

    We ate there on Saturday night and I had the red snapper. The fish was very dry and had no flavor!

    Awesome experience from start to finish. Our waiter, Mario, was attentive when we needed him. Food was exceptional. We will back every time we visit Vegas.

    Two of the dishes were good. The turkey was very dry and hard. The sweet potato’s lacked seasoning. Wine and waiter were great.

    We enjoyed our dinner here. The only thing is I had the blackened salmon and it was a touch under for my liking but otherwise everything else was great. My husband had the shrimp scampi linguini and that was also quite good. We enjoyed it and had a good time.

    Service was great. Meat quality was very good. I’m disappointed to see a steak on a plate without any kind of side included, especially at the prices.

    The steak was overcooked. The sweet potato was very moist, not baked. The wedge salad was small for $20. Very overpriced!!

    This place was supposed to provide a fine dining experience and fine dining is far from what we received. I get it, we booked a late reservation, but it was still available for us to reserve online and we arrived in Vegas late so we took it. The bartender obviously has a problem with us being there as she was cussing like a sailor to the other bartender the entire time. (And she wasn’t trying to be quiet about it either dropping F-bombs left and right.) It was extremely appalling. We didn’t even finish our food when we decided to leave. The only person in the entire staff that seemed to know how to work in that type of atmosphere was the busser. We will not be going back and I will be advising everyone not to come here.
