   Perfect experience. We had probably the best spring rolls ever; light and crispy. The pho soups were devine. I loved that the staff were so knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely one to come back to.

   Didn't have our reservation then sat us down without menus, and despite having 2 small children no one came to us having been sat there for 15 mins despite another couple sitting next to us, coming in after us and getting served. Very disappointed

   The whole experience with Pho Castle Street was fantastic, right through from booking, being politely asked to reconfirm, through to the restaurant experience, food, service and overall ambience of the restaurant, couldn't be faulted! Owen in particular was amazing, went out of his way to ensure everything was in order while we were there. Will definitely return again, and again!

   I've eaten at Pho before and found it excellent but last night left a lot to be desired. Took 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive and an hour for the starters. Main course eventually arrived after being there 2 hours. Cold and tasteless. After looking forward to eating there I can honestly say I wish I'd gone to the chippy.

   Excellent for Coeliacs, nearly everything on the menu is gluten free. Service is excellent, portions are large, great value for money.

   We came for early doors as Castle Street can get super busy on a Sat night. We've been to both branches of Pho in Liverpool many times, and we are aware that there is "guidance" regarding the amount of time you can stay at your table, but as the restaurant was mostly empty we weren't worried. In the end, as service is generally quick we were in for less than an hour. If only somebody had told the staff. After 50 mins we had finished eating and only had to finish our drinks, however we were asked no less than THREE times if we wanted the bill. Once is enough, twice is rude, three times is "not coming back". Should I give Pho the chance to do it to me again?

    Lovely food, service quite slow and we had to remind of a request for water. Toilets are a bit of a trek two floors down. Great food though.
