    It's a cafeteria with decent food but with 5 star prices, way too expensive!!!! A glass of below average wine at $17? Really?

    Miguel was very courteous and professional with us 3 women. We all splurged on our dessert of affragato drink - a new favorite for my Minnesota guests. THanks for a delightful lunch.

    We are Piatti regulars. After suffering through major attitudinal service for brunch at Farmhouse over the weekend, it was so refreshing to have real, friendly and competent service at Piatti. Everyone is on the same team, smiles and pays attention. Simple principles of hospitality! And it feels warm and genuine. Not imposed. Comfort Italian dinner with friends. Loved the montepulciano by the glass paired with the chicken puttanesca. Warm and fuzzy on a wet rainy night. Keep it up!

    The restaurant was freezing. All the diners were wearing their coats. It felt like there were cold air drafts. Our waiter struggled with serving us. I felt sorry for him. Overall a very unpleasant dining experience.

    Patti is such a welcoming place with a lovely ambience, inside and out. We go there quite often because of the hospitality. Stephanie always greets us with a smile. The high tables by the bar always have such a fun, energetic mood, while still maintaining individual privacy. Cesar is usually our waiter, and his service is fabulous. Alberto at the bar is great. The entire staff makes the dining experience there perfect!
