   Booked for Mother's Day. We were seated in a booth, and it was a lovely experience from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and polite, not to mention 90% of them being Italian which gave the restaurant an authentic feel. The food was lovely too. We will definitely be returning.

   Great food as always. Very friendly staff with a lovely ambience and surroundings. Our favourite place for early dinner in Manchester.

   Good service , food ok but not great , had the social pasta with truffle and was just pasta with some liquid thrown in bottom, not really made

   We are regulars and have been many times, all of which have been excellent however we went on a Saturday, it was extremely busy and this seemed to impact our experience. Our starters were all great but our mains lacked flavour, particularly the pasta dishes and the portion sizes were definitely on the smaller side, looked like half portions on the plate. Again I must say this is the first! Also the toilets were pretty grim, toilet roll all over the floor, dirty toilet seats, empty toilet rolls all over, not something we’ve experienced previously. In summary I don’t think we’d return on a Saturday evening. For 4 adults the bill came to £275.

   Food was okay but overpriced for what it was. Service was fine although struggled to get attention from waiting staff when the restaurant became busy.

   The oysters were served beautifully and tasted wonderful. The service was great and our waiter extremely friendly and welcoming. The oyster cheeks were cooked to perfection.
